I had the pleasure of staying at Los Molinos for 9 nights and cannot sing its praises loudly enough! I came in three days early and stayed 3 days after a conference event that was held there -- and very glad I did so I was able to really soak up the soothing ambience! The setting is simply extraordinary as the gorgeous grounds (with an amazing array of exotic trees!) and the stunning pool overlook the sea in such a beautiful way. It's hard to imagine a more wonderful view from your balcony! And the beach is right next door along with endless restaurants to try. Oh, and the hotel staff were incredibly wonderful -- everyone at the front desk speak many languages and are endlessly patient and informative. Adrian, the hotel's manager, could not have been more helpful to us -- what a gentleman and detail-oriented person! His attention and hard work helped make our conference hugely successful and we have received outstanding reviews. The first evening's outdoor cocktail party was a thing of dreams -- a gorgeous set up of delicious bites staged flawlessly in the most beautiful setting imaginable! All the food is fabulous at Los Molinos. The luscious breakfast offerings are amazing in their variety and quality. And each of the attentive staff were wonderful, from the charming host at the door to the beautiful server making your perfect coffee and the wonderful omelettes made to order. We also had a farewell dinner that was stunningly beautiful and wonderfully creative -- even for our vegan guests! Everyone gave rave reviews! And the rooms themselves are wonderful -- extremely comfortable beds with many pillows. The balcony rooms allow you to drink in the beautiful view each day. The bath is very modern and never runs out of hot water or toiletries. Having a fridge in the room is a bonus. And the internet works well everywhere! All the housekeeping staff were sweetly helpful as well. As you can tell, I would recommend Los Molinos to anyone coming to Ibiza without children. You will have an exceptionally beautiful place to come relax after seeing all that this amazing island has to offer. Recommended very highly all around!!

“Food Heaven”

The Most beautiful, amazing, wonderful staff I have come across in all my times of holidaying , i can not thank you all enjoy for your kindness to me . The breakfast was the best breakfast i ever had in my life , Also your Hotel = Food Heaven 😋 😋😋

“Marvellous Molinos!”

We booked a 4 night stay in a seaview room (which is a must!) and were really pleased with our choice. We booked a 4 night stay in a seaview room (which is a must!) and were really pleased with our choice. We would have stayed another night but the hotel was full at the start of the UK first May bank holiday weekend. A good room, fabulous balcony and sea views overlooking the palm trees and beautiful hotel gardens and pool and beyond to Formentera in the distance. We miss that view! Full breakfast was extra at 22.5 euros per person but we opted for the smaller continental selection on the 3rd floor at Reception level for 7.5 euros per person. This was great value and plenty of choice and good quality – freshly squeezed fruit juices, fresh fruit, cold meats and cheeses, pastries, yoghurts and made to order coffees/teas. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and everyone greeted you with a smile. The pool area is lovely – nice and quiet for the first couple of days and then busy later in the week - sunloungers are so comfortable. The pool unfortunately was very cold which was disappointing but there is a small, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi inside too. A lovely stay and would definitely return – our only criticism is the open-plan lounge/bar area on the floor of reception isn’t a cosy area and feels more like a waiting room, with large screen TV and football showing etc. We did have drinks there one night and played cards but felt the area / TV needed some screening to make it a cosier area for drinks/cocktails.
