Fabulous! Complimentary airport collection/return. Very warmly greeted by reception and told we had been upgraded room to a junior suite. Room was absolutely stunning, everything you could possibly need. Turndown service provided which was an added bonus. Service was on the whole excellent albeit a little slow at breakfast. Breakfast selection was good however a better variety of fruit, bread etc would have been welcomed. Coffee was excellent! Didn’t eat there in the evening but had wine prior to leaving for dinner and it was very good. The location is ideal for a stroll into the old town for dinner and cocktails. Taxis cheap if you don’t fancy the walk uphill. Would highly recommend and I look forward to returning!

This was my second stay at this lovely hotel in the old part of town. This time we were with our daughter and two year old granddaughter. We had a “superior” room which was very comfortable and easily accommodated the pullout sofa bed and a crib. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The showers (a standup and a full tub and shower) are great! Having two sinks in the large bathroom was welcome. The linens, including the crib-size ones, are lovely. Breakfast on the terrace was a great way to start the day. I would recommend dealing directly with the hotel and not using a middleman. They offer comparable pricing and complimentary airport transfer.

We stayed at Hotel Mirador in Ibiza for three nights in late May, and we really enjoyed our time there. The location is fantastic, perched on top of a hill, offering stunning views and a pleasant walk to both the hotel and the city center of Ibiza. The staff were very nice and accommodating, helping us arrange a boat trip, which was a highlight of our stay. The breakfast at the hotel was also good, with a nice variety to start the day. Although we didn’t have dinner at the hotel, the meals we saw looked appetizing. It's worth noting that the hotel equipment is a bit older, so it doesn't have that brand new feel, but this didn't detract from our satisfaction with the stay. They also have a small pool—very small—but it’s a nice touch if you’re looking for a quick dip. Overall, we were very satisfied with our visit and would recommend it for its location, service, and charm.

“Disappointing”
We have stayed in this hotel before, so had expectations set from a previous visit. On the surface this hotel is very pretty, the rooms are decorated professionally and are very comfortable. We have stayed in this hotel before, so had expectations set from a previous visit. On the surface this hotel is very pretty, the rooms are decorated professionally and are very comfortable. Staff are pleasant but are not 5 star trained. They are forgetful, don't listen, unattentive. The level of service was far below one comes to expect from a 5 star hotel. There is no spa, the pool area is tiny. On the plus side it is in walking distance of Ibiza town and all it's bars and shops.
