This hotel is absolutely brilliant! We came with our 1 year old and there was so much to do, and it really felt a very safe and fun place for a family. In a quiet part of the island , but still not far from lots of nice places. The staff here were absolutely amazing. So helpful (especially when we left something in our room after checking out!) and they really could not have done more for us. Highly recommend!

“Great hotel and excellent food that changes daily”

We stayed here as a family and booked half board so we could have breakfast and dinner and be able to go out during the day if desired. We stayed here as a family and booked half board so we could have breakfast and dinner and be able to go out during the day if desired. The hotel room was great with a balcony and enough space for us all. The bathroom was also a good size and the room didn't feel outdated. The staff here are excellent and very friendly. There are activities for kids and adults organised every day of the week. The food for breakfast is expansive and tasted great, but the dinner each day is a different theme so you never have the same meal. This makes a big difference when you are staying for a week with dinner included. We would definitely consider staying here again.

“Perfect Everything!!”

This was our 3rd stay at the Invisa Resort and 2nd in the Verde. We stayed as a family of 4, 2 children aged 9 and 12. We arrived and revived a warm welcome from Jael which was a great start. This was our first stay since the refurbishment and I can confirm the new rooms are absolutely beautiful. We stayed in an Inspire Room and was upgraded to a sea view on the day which was a lovely surprise. I know some people have mentioned limited privacy. But there is a frosted window between the room and bathroom area as well as a frosted door for the shower and toilet. We didn’t mind at all, but I suppose some families may want privacy. The room was an excellent size and was spacious and clean. The balcony area was perfect. The food was to a high standard and there is a lot to choose from. We always had something to enjoy. On several occasions we found that we had to wait for a table for our evening meal. This wasn’t ideal as we had to hover until one was free and then ask one of the waiters to clean it up for us. It felt a little stressful, it may be that the front of house coordinate this as several other families were doing the same. Saying that, we never waited too long and it may be that next time we avoid peak times. It didn’t spoil our holiday at all though. The pool areas are perfect for adults and children the sun beds open at 9am and there is often a queue, we didn’t bother and just sat around the bar area which suited us as we could keep an eye on the children in the pool. The pirate ship is a 5 minute walk and was a great way to end the day. The adult area looked great, however we didn’t get to experience this with having children! The hotel is located near the beach and is a 5 minute walk, however, it is quite a steep road so those that are not good on their feet may struggle, you can get to the beach another way that isn’t so steep but it would take much longer, perhaps a 15 minute walk. The beach its self is beautiful, calm and shallow and perfect for the little ones. The entertainment in the evening was great and the events team are a credit to the hotel, we enjoyed the evening shows. There are some events in the day also for adults and children. They included cocktail making and water games for the children. Music is played around the pool during the day which can be a little loud but nothing too intrusive. As always, it is the staff that make this hotel, from reception, the bar, waiters, managers, cleaners and events team. They are all wonderful and go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect, which it was. We will be back again in the future! Thank you again Cala Verde ❤️
