I can only assume that the negative reviews are from people that will complain about anything. We had a good weeks stay here and would return. The food was good, the guy on the snack bar cooking burgers and hot dogs to order all day long needs a medal, entertainment team were happy and active but not pushy. Plenty of choice on all inc drinks, San Miguel on draft and tasted like it too! Antonio the manager seems very hands on and always seemed to be walking around and chatting to the holidaymakers. Yes, a good all rounder and for a 3 star hotel you won't get much better. The only negative to me worth pointing out was that we ran out of drinking water one night when feeling a bit dehydrated, and the cost of a one litre bottle from the vending machine in reception was an astonishing €5.50!! Please ignore the negative reviews, all hotels are going to have day to day faults that can't be fixed on the spot, if you're unfortunate and unlucky it's no reason to advise EVERYONE not to stay at the hotel.

We booked a week here in June for 2 adults and our toddler son. We booked a pool-view double room. Check in was slow, but the staff were very friendly. We knew in advance there was no fridge in the room, but we needed one for our toddler’s milk so we paid 50EUR to hire one for the week. We brought our own kettle with us. We also had to pay 30EUR tourist tax at check in. The room was fine – quite small with 3 beds in there, but it was okay. Air con is not the strongest, but it kept the room an acceptable temperature. Small balcony overlooking the pool – no clothes rack but I’d popped a peg drier in my suitcase. Bathroom had a bathtub and shower – shower good and powerful. The toiletries were Dove (handwash, body wash and shampoo) which smelled great. Room very clean, maid service daily. Locked our valuables in the suitcase, I think the safe was 3EUR a day. WiFi good and strong. Breakfast was very nice, but it closes at 9.30 so it was always very busy at 9am when we went down – queues for toast, queues for tea/coffee, queues for juice. Cooked items, fruit, cereal, breads, pastries were all very tasty. The staff are very friendly. We didn’t bother with lunch as breakfast is so filling. The evening meal was okay on some nights and delicious on others. The reviews suggested the food was dire, but we always found something we enjoyed. It was always very quiet in the restaurant at 7pm when we went for our tea, so no queuing at the bar for a drink. We didn’t experience any of the entertainment as we went back to the room after tea. Sunbeds get reserved quickly at 0830 when they open the door. I liked to lie by the ping pong table, and there was always the odd free bed in that area for most of the day. We only needed one bed as only one of us would sunbathe at a time while the other occupied our son – it might be tricky to find 2, 3, or 4 together unless you join the scrum at 0830. Friendly staff at the pool bar offering lots of choices – beer, pop, slushies, tea/coffee. They have free cornetto ice-creams – very nice! You need to pay an initial 1EUR for your drinking cup then you keep hold of it. It will be exchanged for a fresh one every time. Baby pool lovely and warm, and our son enjoyed the slide at the mini playground. Main adult pool VERY cold! I had a massage on-site which was one of the best I’ve ever had. 40EUR for 30 minutes – she really helped to ease my back pain. It’s a couple of minutes stroll to a pretty beach, and there are plenty of shops within walking distance. This holiday was very cheap – it was £500 less than the next option on the TUI site, so we adjusted our expectations. We were very happy, and really enjoyed ourselves. The evening meal isn’t exceptional, but you won’t go hungry. There is no fridge in the room, but you can hire one. It’s a 3 star hotel offering 3 star services.

“Nice resort”

Nice hotel, very clean,friendly staff, the food at lunch time was a better selection than the evening where it was a choice of chicken or pork, people queued before 8am for the doors opening at 8.30 to get a sunbed 🥲 , lovely resort and beaches.
