We stayed here as my Father had sadly passed away in the area and we chose for convenience. The hotel is in a great location for our needs and we found some good restaurants and bars nearby, as well as the shopping centre next door. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious with comfortable beds and everything we needed in the room. We found the hotel to be very quiet and relaxing, no noise in the rooms so we weren’t disturbed. The bar and restaurant were good value with no hidden costs, very reasonable overall. The hotel have a shuttle service to and from the airport which is a huge bonus and normal book out time is 12pm but also an allowance until 2pm if you have a later flight. I must say that ALL of the staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular Enrique on the bar and Ariadne on reception who were so kind, caring and helpful due to my circumstances. The hotel is lucky to have them as staff! Thank you so much. We will have to return again soon and will certainly be retuning to stay here!

“Easy stay and thanks to chef for the nice dinners”

As a family of two adults and two kids we stayed in a suite as half board which consisted of two large rooms with seating area and TVs in both rooms. Sofa bed in one room wasn't the most comfortable for the kids but we were only there for one night. Probably would have needed an extra duvet on sofa… more

As a family of two adults and two kids we stayed in a suite as half board which consisted of two large rooms with seating area and TVs in both rooms. Sofa bed in one room wasn't the most comfortable for the kids but we were only there for one night. Probably would have needed an extra duvet on sofabed to make it more comfy if needed. Parking on site and right next to large shopping centre. Breakfast was fine as buffet - more than suitable for this type of hotel. Dinner was very good served at the table from set-menu. Like many places, mostly meat based dishes. My daughter being vegetarian, the chef made a separate veg pasta meal which was very much appreciated. Overall a happy stay and would return

Very nice hotel. I stayed there for few days and took the diner option during the booking. I would definetly recommand it if you don't want to search for a restaurant at night. It was also delicious. Rooms are also nice and cleaning was good. Staff was helpful as they accomodated my request for a late check out (I stayed at hotel room until 6pm).

“Great location but more suited to business than pleasure”

I booked and paid for this hotel for 11 nights and checked out 4 days early. I have no complaints about the room, bed very comfortable, nice towels, clean and great shower. I booked and paid for this hotel for 11 nights and checked out 4 days early. I have no complaints about the room, bed very comfortable, nice towels, clean and great shower. The staff in general walking around the hotel very polite and always nodded or said hello. The older gentleman that was on reception in a suit was always polite. There was a young man working on reception who was damn right rude and looked at you like trash and I found myself not even wanting to walk through. I booked into a different place and will be spending the rest of my week in Gran Canaria in a place were you don’t need to wear a suit to be treated respectfully.
