I cannot recommend a stay at these villas highly enough, Sunshine Villas are spacious, well fitted out, and spotless inside and out, The private pool is not Olympic sized but is more than enough for our family of 6 to splash about in all day, the beds are all very comfortable and clean, 2 large bathrooms with showers, we have been coming here since 2017 and will continue to do so as long as we are coming to Puerto Rico, Phenomenal.

We were 4 adults and 2 children staying at 'Lantanna' villa. The villa was extremely clean and spacious. The layout of our villa was 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and 1 bedroom and the other bathroom downstairs. There was a large lounge and dining area on the ground floor with patio doors to the swimming pool. A couple of other sitting areas were also provided plus an outside table, chairs and 4 sun loungers. The kitchen was well-equiped, although the worktop showed some signs of wear and tear. The private pool was lovely and warm, and a 3 year old could stand in the shallow end. The gardens were well maintained with super mountain views, and a seaview in the distance. Highly recommended.

Booked through booking.com we had the end villa ( Buganvilla ) the inside of the villa is amazing and has everything you need.The Internet was a bit hit and miss.Had aircon in two bedrooms frequently cut out the cleaner showed us how to use trip switch.Mattresses/ toppers very uncomfortable but saw this mentioned on other reviews.outside area/pool requires some repairs/ refurbishment artificial grassed area covered in bits of plaster,tiles around the pool area cracked and broken the tiles in the pool loose quite a few dislodged and came out whilst using the pool. Looked like they had been stuck on with sealant.The rail in front of the pool is dangerous 3 of the posts are completely disconnected from their base ! A huge drop behind these posts so beware if leaning over it.We did advise the owner whom did not take kindly to our comments she got quite angry on the phone said not received any other complaints was invited to pop round and take a look but did not come.Owner advised us the posts adjacent to the pool were secure before our visit ( it was obvious this was not the case due to the rusty bases ) Owner said she was aware of the repairs required but would take time and the pool would need to be emptied ( yes correct ) ! Mentioned would probably be rectified in May beginning of season.Owner did say we could leave ! And a refund would be given.I explained we was happy with the villa not complaining about the villa just advising some things required attention for future visitors.We was offered villa number 3 but declined as we didn't want the upheaval.I must state the neighboring villa and other villas looked fine with lovely maintained outdoor pool areas just seemed to be the end villa let by booking.com that was not quite up to scratch !
