Just like the title states, Wow! What a lovely place. We stayed here over Christmas (couple 44 & 39 with our 2 sons 15 & 13) and had a great holiday. Where to start is the hardest thing. The complex was massive, with plenty of sun lounges besides the many pools. Obviously the main pool was very busy, so it should be! most days, but it wasn't overly crowded at times. There is plenty of space around all of the complex to chill and get lost. The pools were warm, especially the main pool and infinity pool. However, the adults jacuzzi and pool were cold (But i didn't mind this). There are 2 kids spiral slides too, however, this did hurt your back at times when coming down - almost feeling bumpy. There is a younger kids/ toddler splash pool too. All staff were amazing. They were all very friendly and accommodating. They all worked very hard to keep the hotel running smoothly and made an extra effort for all, especially within the restaurant for Xmas eve and Xmas day. Food was fantastic! although some repetition at times, there was still plenty to choose from everyday. The rooms were clean and modern. They were also cleaned everyday, with fresh towels, bedding etc. Only bad thing is that we were situated quite far away from the main hotel, however, it was a lovely a quiet. There is a Spar attached to the hotel too, which is reasonably priced and useful if you want a change of drink/food etc. There is a Taxi rank (you will need this) outside the hotel too, just over the road to save the hotel calling one for you. However, if they do call one, its there in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately, unless your wish too - it is quite a long walk down to the main town Centre (down hill). It does look walkable and we did see plenty of people walking but i can imagine it being very tiring in the heat walking back up. The Taxi's are around 5 Euros too and from the beach or town Centre and there is plenty of them. There is a local beach , which is pleasant but quite small. Also, Amordores beach is around the cove, again another short taxi 5 Euro ride away. We also travelled to Maspalomas and Play de Ingles in a Taxi, however this did cost around 35-40 Euros each way. The weather was lovely, around 22-24 degrees everyday - with it raining for an hour or so, one of the days. It was a lovely mixture of British, German and Scandinavian tourists within the complex too. I cant really comment on the night time animation as we didn't tend to stay in the complex, But there were kids Disco's on every night. Overall, it was a lovely, pleasant stay which i would recommend to most. However, the town was slightly too quiet for us as a family. If this hotel was situated on the beach then it would make it more accessible to many others. However, you would then lose the magnificent views which is a selling point. We would defiantly try it again in a couple of years. To all staff- we really appreciated your smiles and friendly attitude. I've been going to peurto rico for years, mostly the europa top part. I can say without a doubt this is the best hotel I've been in to date, and I've been in many, il rate them in order with this one being the best, azure , altamar , mirador. eden, colina mar. we were in block 3 3303, perfect views, sun all day, looking over puerto rico beach and full sea view and sunsets every evening. rooms are perfect, air cons and lights that turn on when u enter the room, maid service, although abit too early. was every day. the restaurant and food was superb, many types and the most choices I've ever had, blows the other hotels I've visited out of the water. The only negative is finding a table, there's so many guest being a huge hotel, kids running about everywhere out of control in and around the dining areas. Pools are warm, adult only infinity pool was great when u want to get away from kids, plenty of beds about in various parts of the hotel. We were there at xmas and the meals on xmas eve and day were superb with extra hospitality from extra staff, all pleasant. thers a lovely chill out zone for a more quiet drink in the evening. from what I saw of the entertainment though, that's the only thing that lets this hotel down. Nothing for adults. it's all kid orientated.The walk to the europa is short but very steep so hard of walking be aware. The hotel is massive and so many lifts, took us a few days to get orientated and got lost few times, which was fun for us but I guess not so for the hard of walking.Many stairs everywhere and can be a trek to the rooms from reception. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, it's 4 stars for a reason. Balcony's are good sized with beds and tables and pretty private with stunning views if you get the right room. Staff all friendly apart from the Spanish woman who ran the lobby bar who was very arrogant towards guests and snappy. but the rest couldn't help you enough. Drink dispensers all over around pools. it's in a good location, next to the steps the lead into peurto rico , again if you have walking impairments it's not so great. although plenty of taxis to the beach and town. the hotel is very clean and well maintained. I'd definitely go back again and hopefully will be..

“Lovely stay. ”

Brilliant family holiday.. Clean Friendly and helpful staff Food was beautiful so much choice. Drinks all brilliant. Snack bar excellent. Sunbeds plentiful. Pools all heated and lovely and warm. Brilliant family holiday.. Clean Friendly and helpful staff Food was beautiful so much choice. Drinks all brilliant. Snack bar excellent. Sunbeds plentiful. Pools all heated and lovely and warm. Games room was good. Football pitch was busy at times but good for the kids. I think the park needs have something different for the kids. But passed time in the evening. Kids club was good to pass time also. Only a few things could have made it better for us. We asked to change our room as there were 9 of us 5 being my kids myself husband and grandad parents, the lifts were a nightmare. I did explain our situation and I was told I should have booked a higher room when booking I wasn't aware the lift situation would be so bad. We asked if we could pay and we were told no. The rooms we wanted sat empty the week we were there. Evening entertainment looked great we didn't get the chance to watch it but a lot of effort was put into it. Overall a lovely stay and we would return. But a different room.

“Fabulous breakfasts”

This is definitely a family friendly hotel , but it didn't bother my wife and I as we were bed n breakfast and were at the beach everyday. This is definitely a family friendly hotel , but it didn't bother my wife and I as we were bed n breakfast and were at the beach everyday. What little we did see of the hotel was just familys and children enjoying the glorious sunshine and views, and the all inclusive. The breakfasts are fabulous , the rooms cleaned daily to a very high standard, my only slight negative is the size of the place , it's a huge hotel and got lost quite a bit. Beds are really comfy and lovely modern showers.
