My first experience of a Servatur accommodation and I will definitely be booking again. Went with my teenage son who really appreciated the Netflix channel ! Room, pool area and entire building was spotless and staff were friendly. Room has everything you need . No noise from busy Puerto Rico nightlife with the balcony doors shut and the most comfortable beds with lovely linen and pillows for a great nights sleep. My only criticism is that I packed a hairdryer and beach towels as weren’t on the itinerary and they were provided so don’t pack . 😜 I’m often disappointed by accommodation when I travel and don’t usually book 3 star, but as all the reviews I read before travelling stated , this is great affordable accommodation with excellent friendly staff and I would rate higher than its 3 stars . Didn’t use pool as I am a beach person, but son did and he said it was lovely and quiet and I only saw beach towels out once on a couple of the sun beds which all looked so comfortable , with plenty of space. Pool is small , so not for swimmers , but perfect for a dip in the heat. Would highly reccomend for a stay in Puerto Rico, perfect location away from the the busier centre and only 5-10 minute walk to the lovely beach area with nicer restaurants and facilities. Walk back is not for the faint hearted, as very steep, but we loved the exercise . There were taxis everywhere and always outside the hotel if needed. Also great little shop in the opposite hotel to grab water, bread and other essentials if needed . Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing . Shout out to the cleaners as the whole place was immaculate .

Friendly welcome on arrival. Room at pool level, lovely sea view. The room was lovely, very modern, clean, and very comfy beds with sumptuous extra pillows. Friendly welcome on arrival. Room at pool level, lovely sea view. The room was lovely, very modern, clean, and very comfy beds with sumptuous extra pillows. Amazing cocktails and very good quality pool bar food and selection. The pool area was clean and tidy, plenty padded sun lougers, cabanas, and large beds. No towels were out by 10am, which is rare! Jacuzzi was not in use. Very dismayed that the pool bar closed at 5. This definitely needs to be reviewed. Would definitely stay here again.

“The best place, just amazing!”

Beautiful place, spotless and brand new with everything that you need. We booked the premium suite with a jacuzzi on our balcony which is definitely worth the money! Beautiful place, spotless and brand new with everything that you need. We booked the premium suite with a jacuzzi on our balcony which is definitely worth the money! Plenty of sunbeds by the pool area, nice cafe/bar with very affordable prices and a very good menu. Plenty of taxis around to get you around, well worth the €4 trip back up, Puerto Rico is a lovely area, especially the new shopping centre. It was our first time here and we were very impressed with how nice and friendly everyone was, a really nice place so will definitely be back! Trips with the ferry to the Friday market in Mogan (beautiful small village) and Anfi. We couldn’t fault the place at all, it has everything and I look forward to coming back!

“Clean and quiet.”

Lovely clean and quiet Hotel with good staff and free parking. My only 2 complaints are that we booked a double but it was 2 single beds next to each other which were rather small for myself being 6’3. I was told this was the norm in Puerto Rico.. Lovely clean and quiet Hotel with good staff and free parking. My only 2 complaints are that we booked a double but it was 2 single beds next to each other which were rather small for myself being 6’3. I was told this was the norm in Puerto Rico.. I didn’t have a good nights sleep for the duration of the stay as i found it a little uncomfortable. The other issue was the pool only being open between 10 and 5. We would have enjoyed a swim early on or later in the evening when it was a little cooler. We ended up not using it.
