Here now hotel is lovely just one small gripe is 10:02 not 1 sunbed left but they all bugger off until early afternoon and are not used for hours. I’ve spent more time at the beach than in the hotel so my wallet is benefiting others… There is a policy saying unable to reserve beds but this is not true. They are reserved all day but little used by some so for me I won’t be coming back to this hotel just for this reason.

Stayed here for a cheeky cheap week . Check in was smooth and lady at reception was lovely and let us have air con even though she’s cashed up . We asked about keeping our room on , on departure day and advised to ask the day before . I was slightly surprised to get given a door key not a card . Very pleased with the very end top floor full sea view and the whole view of Puerto Rico . Was a nice touch to find a bottle of water . Washing up liquid and a cloth . Bed so comfy and air con fab and not noisy . Very clean apartment and modern with great Tv and self catering facilities . The shower did its job but very low pressure . Food and drink at the bar and the shop great value . All the staff were really friendly . Was funny watching the 10am sun bed rush , was quite shocked as Children back at School . We walked most days and were plenty when we got back about 3ish . Sun on our balcony till after 8 pm and very private . All that was missing was an umbrella and a couple of sunbeds as such a big balcony but not shade at all and overpowering at times . Room cleaned and towels changed 4 times . Room wasn’t available to keep on but you are able to use a courtesy room for 30 mins to shower . Room really quiet and out of the way with been at the end of the. Would definately recommend and would stay again . Would rate as a higher star and would have rated my review 5 if clean towels daily and an umbrella . Great location !! Never used the sister hotel as this place is everything you need .

First time self catering which was a bit weird- going shopping and cooking and cleaning. All felt a bit homelike. Location: read lots of comments about the stairs but what a dream location. A few hundred steps to central shopping malls! There is even two shops next to the hotel. Both good choices of stock. If you venture the stairs; a return taxi is under 4euro. Regardless of which mall you visit. Great selection of restaurants and gift shops. Venture further and there is the pier, beaches and lots of places if you’re up for a walk. Beware the pathway between beaches felt to me like the Great Wall of china and never ending. The relief to see the other beach! Very very pretty and lined with shops and restaurants. Hotel: the room is lovely. Good colours and everything you need for self catering. Great quality kitchenware. My absolutely favourite thing was the tv and its ability to cast/connect to your phones apps. This meant films, tv shows and music all available to stream which was honestly just new to me and I wish every hotel has the good sense to do this. However. The walls are very thin. You can hear personal calls through the walls so don’t have the tv too loud and be that neighbour. The balcony is big and you can avoid the sunbeds by making use of this space. I couldn’t fault the hotel at all. Don’t throw your books away they have a lending library which is awesome. Housekeeping clean upon request but the first night I dropped a six pack of beer and used the towels to clean it. Would have liked the towels replaced but honestly it was entirely my fault so in the end I just washed them and hung them out. Easy fix. Pool and pool bar: varied menu. Am vegan and they tried to help match my needs which was very good of them. Good cocktail menu. Life guards are very good Staff: they are all very polite. Eager to help and kind.

arrived late at night Porter was very helpful room clean but small with adjoining door not ideal not enough space to hang clothes we had to use chairs for storage also plastic chairs and table should not be inside appartments pool area clean but no smoking signs we vape but no vaping signs aldi lifeguard more interested catching people smoking or vaping needs to watch pool more who ever done mini make over needs to go and look at the dona elvira stunning hotel we won't be back would not recommend
