Love this Hotel. This is our 5th yearly visit and hasn't disappointed yet again. We go for a week in September as it is a little quieter. Staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. Stayed in the Annexe for the first time as we were then when they started the build beautiful and clean, although would like to be on the 4th flour next time . Breakfast is so nice proper sausages and bacon and all you can eat. Food in the restaurant is also very good and reasonably priced. The views are just stunning and the trip on the Ferry to Morgan Market on a Friday is a must. I noted someone pointed out you have to pay for the TV remote this is because they some what disappear at the end of some peoples holidays and it cost a lot more the 5 euros to replace so need to bare that in mind. We have already booked to go back Sept 2025 so see you then.

Nice hotel/apartment. Clean rooms. Simple breakfast. Good restaurant. A lot of stairs to the beach. At the end of the street, Free parking on the road. No free WiFi, that’s not common in these time and very expensive if you buy it in the hotel!!

Hotel is quite modern, clean and bright. Studio rooms are fairly spacious with the usual kitchen facilities. Hotel is quite modern, clean and bright. Studio rooms are fairly spacious with the usual kitchen facilities. We went self catering it's been a long time since we did, so I forgot to take washing up liquid, cloth etc a teatowel was provided but nothing else. The beds were very quite comfy surprisingly as they were the thinest mattresses and pillows I've ever came across. Rooms were cleaned regularly but not every day. No air con, had to hire a fan cost 10e plus 10e deposit, safe also had to be paid for as did WiFi which we didn't purchase as our phone networks are fine to use at no extra cost, but anyone needing to buy WiFi I was told by someone that it costs per gadget and only works in your room so no point. The pool area is a nice quiet relaxing place there was some music played but not very loud you could barely hear it at times. We didn't eat at the hotel as it seemed quite expensive compared to outside. Speaking to guests who were HB most complained about food quality so glad we went SC. The location was fine in walking distance to the commercial centre for eating, drinking and shopping. Taxi back for less than 5e, a few mins walk down to the beach via a lot of steps which you do have to walk back up, not great for anyone with walking difficulties, but pretty much all of Puerto Rico is like that, all banks and steps.
