“Good place to stay for budget holiday”

Pros: location- easy walk to beach and to the shops, bars and restaurants. Apartments are clean and spacious and safe. Pool is smaller than most but as there were only us and 2 other occupied apartments it wasn’t an issue. Cons: road noise. We didn’t realise how close to the road it was but after a few drinks it wasn’t too much of an issue.

After looking for cheapish accommodation to facilitate coming in the school holidays we came across these adults only apartments. Rated between 2/3 stars on different package holiday sites overall we think that is a fair mark. These apartments have lots of positives such as the location which is extremely central however not to close so you hear the music of the strip. The pool area was always clean and pleasantly quiet allowing us lots of relaxation. As for the rooms we had one just next to the pool which was ideal and was quite new and sleek inside however the shower area has some room for improvement. No air con was a huge issue for us especially in that Gran Canaria and could be the sole reason we possibly wouldn’t come back here. The sun lounges round the poor I would actually describe as terrible, a hard plastic with no reclining head rest made it very uncomfortable. The check in was abit of a ‘faff’ on as you have to wait for someone to come and allow you in the apartments and the check in process is all paper and pen which can take a considerable amount of time. The host who accommodated us ‘John’ was very polite, nice and extremely helpful to make our stay the best possible. Overall I’d give these apartments a 6.5/10 as the full party who went where more than satisfied. If there was ever a right time to use ‘you only get what you pay for’ now is the perfect time. A more than pleasant stay.

“Enjoyable stay on a budget. ”

We enjoyed our 2 week stay and more or less had the pool area to ourselves. Great location for bus station,shops,restaurants and on the flat. Rooms were clean and towels changed every other day . Beds changed weekly. Pool cleaned too. Only downside.. no aircon which the apartments need ,alth... more

We enjoyed our 2 week stay and more or less had the pool area to ourselves. Great location for bus station,shops,restaurants and on the flat. Rooms were clean and towels changed every other day . Beds changed weekly. Pool cleaned too. Only downside.. no aircon which the apartments need ,although we had an end one which had ventilation. Towels had seen better days and would benefit new ones. Parasols and table covers need replacing too. The bungalows probably were better which we would go for next time although looked smaller. Overall a very enjoyable stay on a budget.
