“Lovely stay”
Currently on holiday staying at the balcon del mar and I have to say the apartments are lovely and big. Cleaned every other day staff are lovely and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. Only 7 min walk to Europa centre and a taxi to commercial centre only €7

“Vacation”
Big apartments. A big + is the poolbar, where we can buy food and beverage. 3 swimming pools and many sunbeds . Balcon del Mar is close to Europacenter with shops,restaurants and music in the evenings

“We will come back”
We have had a very nice stay at Balcon Del Mar. Very friendly staff. We were lucky with our appartment, where there was sun in the afternoon, which we like. Cleaning was very good. Outcheck time is too early (10 o`clock in the morning)

“Great apartment, wonderful staff”
I spent 5 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was great for a few day rest and relaxation. “Very nice stay, would visit again!”
+Very nice view from the balcony. The minimarket was great. Taxi down and up the hill was pretty cheap. Almost all car rental services were out of cars but the hotel reception got us a great deal. -Food at the pool bar wasn't too good but honestly didn't expect much.
