This apartment is run by a lovely family who work extremely hard to make sure your visit is completely enjoyable. The apartments are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The owners are constantly cleaning around the hotel and the pool is probably the cleanest I have ever seen. My husband had to work a few mornings when we were there and the owner was constantly making sure he had wifi connection, which was brilliant. You never get a personal touch in a large hotel, this is what makes this place stand out, amazing service. Would love to visit again!! Thank you for a wonderful holiday 😊

Just had an amazing week here. The owners can't do enough for you. Its super clean and the apartment has everything that you need. The ground floor apartment is quite basic but ideal if you have kids as its right next to the pool. The pool area is clean and is cleaned daily. It's a perfectly sized pool. The upper floor apartments are a bit more modern but only in decor and both have all you need. Nothing is too much trouble, WiFi is great, supermarket is 2 minute walk away. The beach is 7 minutes away but there are alot of steps to down so not ideal with a pram and it's about 15 minutes on the easier route. The island is built into a mountain so lots of hills. The views from the apartment are stunning. No air con but fans are provided and woek just as well. The beds are super comfy. The owners are super friendly and speak perfect English. Genuinely had an amazing week. Highly recommend and would definitely return. Thank you.

Can’t thank Gema who runs the apartments enough, less than 12 hours before we arrived I was informed by Stayforlong (who we had booked the apartment through) that they were closed and offered me a poor alternative in another resort. Luckily I had contacted Gema direct that week to confirm that they were fully open, so rang again and she sorted it all out and was very reassuring and stopped me panicking! On arrival apartments were spotlessly clean, and nice and modern. Very well equipped with everything you would need. Felt very safe as the staff were constantly cleaning and had put some sensible rules in place to ensure complying with regulations. Fantastic view from balcony over the beach-10 min walk up the steps is the Europa centre (don’t attempt if unfit as is a lot is steps)! And a gentle 20 min stroll downhill and you at Comercial Centre, so a great location. The only negative that stopped me giving it a 5, is that there is no air con or fan, so in July need to sleep with windows open and unfortunately surrounding apartments can be a little noisy. However would not put me off returning. Lovely apartments and fantastic Customer Service from the team.

Due to Covid our booked apartments were closed and we quickly had to find an alternative and what a find. Fab small block of 12 x 2 bed apartments and us 2 families were the only ones there for first 6 days. The rooms are spotless, spacious and modern. Maid works extremely hard to keep them clean and owner makes sure all her guests feel welcome. The beds are really comfy (I have back issues) although the sofa is a little hard if someone was to sleep on it. We paid for an upgraded room and glad we did. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need including USB ports in main bedroom, fridge with small top freezer, microwave and hob all well presented in modern kitchen. Shower is powerful and bathroom spacious. There is a hairdryer but not very powerful so take your own if you have long or thick hair. Pool well maintained but when apartments are full you might not get a bed by the poolside. If you are not a dog lover then this place isn’t for you as some guests bring their dogs with them although they don’t roam around. The apartments are a 15 min walk to all the main bars and restaurants in Mogan Mall and 10 min to harbour. There is a supermarket 5 min down hill although when we were there just after lockdown it was still closed. Taxis are only €3 from Mall. Views across beach and harbour are great from balcony. Tv in living area has Netflix and also tv in main bedroom. I would absolutely recommend Gelimar (pronounced Helimar) as a great place to stay when visiting Puerto Rico.
