Second visit to this hotel. Stayed from November 27th until December 7th all inclusive. Staff are wonderful, food and drinks are as good or better than any all inclusive I've ever stayed in and I have stayed in plenty. Location is very central for shops or the wonderful beach and there is a free shuttle bus to the beach 1klm away. I enjoyed the outdoor heated jacuzzi which is located in an adult only area beside the fabulous snack and drinks bar. Evening entertainment was good and I particularly enjoyed the Karaoke every night in the bar below reception where we met lots of happy people having a really great time.

“Fantastic Hotel”

Fantastic hotel ,the staff were very friendly and helpful,the rooms were comfortable and clean .We particularly liked the food it was some of the best all inclusive we’ve had ,always hot and replenished quickly .My only annoyance was people putting towels on sunbeds then going out all day so a coup… more

Fantastic hotel ,the staff were very friendly and helpful,the rooms were comfortable and clean .We particularly liked the food it was some of the best all inclusive we’ve had ,always hot and replenished quickly .My only annoyance was people putting towels on sunbeds then going out all day so a couple of times we struggled to get around the pool although this happens in most hotels .We look forward to our return visit in march

Had a lovely stay at Waikiki this early December. All the staff were lovely and so friendly in all aspects of the hotel: especially in the restaurant. So impressed with the all inclusive options and felt that so much effort was gone into the food served. Snack bar through the day is like another restaurant. Typical all inclusive in the sense of repeated types of food however all as nice each time. Lovely variety and seafood was cooked wonderful. Seemed to accommodate a lot of dietary preferences. Definitely feel as though it is a very Dutch orientated clientele when we stayed. Everyone was lovely but we did not understand a lot of the singing entertainment as it was primarily Spanish / Dutch (ignorantly English I know). Didn’t take away from the lovely experience though. Definitely more of a relaxed hotel/environment throughout the evening which is something we aren’t as used too - although it was slightly expected coming out of the peak season. Gutted to not have a better view from our balcony but that’s just luck of the draw! Location is fine, lovely walk to local delicacies. Our first time in Gran Canaria and won’t be our last now.

Sorry Sorry but maybe I had high expectations , staff great. Loved the bingo and the karaoke. Hotel was clean but I thought the food was not appealing at all. Half of it was not labelled, it was repetitive Some of the clientele were rude, no please or thank you not even a smile (not the hotels fault) which I found quite sad, do these people think they are above us all.?? Deck chairs everywhere, no space around the pool and there were row after row of sun beds all crammed in together same in the restaurant, . I don’t think our room had any bed linen/towel change all week. Pool freezing , Snack bar was breakfast leftovers. However evening entertainment was great. The weather was great too. Tried the adult only pool which was nice but the bar to hold on to was wobbly and a bit unnerving for my 85 year old mum, yet again too many sun beds in that area. I think the hotel should reduce its capacity therefore reducing the sun beds, and the congestion at meal times. We however met some wonderful people who were a pleasure to be with. Would I return to this hotel? Never.
