Hotel room was lovely spacious and very comfy beds. Ground floor apartment right beside pool Food was ok limited choices some of meat very undercooked pork was pink Breakfast was fab and we ate our biggest meal here. Pool was fab heated and lovely in December Staff at pool bar were some of the rudest people I have ever met I felt like an inconvenience ordering a drink No greeting from staff despite me saying ola each time I went to bar. Basically drink put in front of you with no effort to chat. Cocktails were awful watered down and horrible. Only saving grace was the sparking rose they offered. The bar staff need some training in customer service and how to be pleasant to people who are trying to enjoy their holiday. All in all lovely hotel in beautiful grounds let down by staff attitude.

We stayed a week at the hotel and got a ground floor apartment. It is really nice rooms with lots of space. We had a B&B and the breakfast was really good! We stayed a week at the hotel and got a ground floor apartment. It is really nice rooms with lots of space. We had a B&B and the breakfast was really good! Lots of different options in the bread, cheese and ham sections. They also serve freshly cooked egg. You can also ask for omelets and they will make it for you. The whole hotel area is cozy and nice with a big pool. The staff was really helpful and friendly. If you have a late transfer after checkout you have the option to ask for sooner checkout. If it is not possible, they will offer you to book a changing room with shower without cost. We put a 4/5 because the floor in the room wasn’t properly cleaned. Our feets got really dirty on the way from the shower to the bed. Also the fridge wasn’t cooling properly. But still recommend a stay here.

“Good Hotel”

Nice hotel situated close to the beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Hotel was clean, serviced every day, breakfast was very nice. Nice hotel situated close to the beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Hotel was clean, serviced every day, breakfast was very nice. Staff are friendly, especially the cleaning staff they are lovely. Rooms are spacious, lovely views from the 4th floor, wifi is of very good quality, aircon in rooms and a free safe. Enjoyed my stay.

Food at this hotel is great, can't fault the staff or menu plenty of choice but the signs for the food is a bit misleading as it's not always by the food selection and there isn't any allergy information. Food at this hotel is great, can't fault the staff or menu plenty of choice but the signs for the food is a bit misleading as it's not always by the food selection and there isn't any allergy information. The pool is always clean, but don't expect to have a lounger by the pool. There were towels on them before breakfast. we had an early breakfast as we were going on a trip, so we were at the restaurant at 7am half the loungers had towels on them, which at other hotels we have stayed in reserving of sun loungers wasn't allowed and towels were removed by the staff. The entertainment is fairly good. Most nights, we went back to our room and watched a film on netflix, but the hotel does have English TV BBC 1,BBC 2, ITV2,2,3 & 4, C4,C5 which are 23-26 on the TV. There's a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee, but the local shops are only a few minutes walk away. One thing is the bed is 2 single beds ( twin) pushed together. We thought that double beds were in the rooms. The room was lovely spacious and clean with a balcony. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful, I can't remember the names of the restaurant staff, but Miguel was always smiling. we would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. In the restaurant, you can drink as much as you want wine or beer, but at the bars, there's a sign restricting you to 3 drinks per person, But not everything is on all-inclusive drinks list quite a few are at extra cost.
