We love this hotel because it provides everything we need for a total rest in the sun. Hotel transfers arranged in advance were excellent. A lovely welcome including a glass of cava was much appreciated after a long wait for our luggage to come through. We enjoyed the sun deck on 7th floor - peaceful and not crowded. We had a couple of treatments in the wellness centre which were very relaxing. The food offering provided a huge choice - there were a few delays in the drinks set but the hotel was pretty full so it didn’t matter- we were on holiday! We had no problems getting drinks at the pool bar, except when it was busy- again understandable- a small wait was ok, the tea time waffles were well worth waiting for. The trick is to head to the restaurant and pool bar at off peak times… I do think that the pillows in the room need to be improved they were a bit thin and didn’t offer support. Thanks to all the team - see you again next year!

“Excellent Hotel”

Excellent hotel, location, service , facilities. Food excellent and everything in our room, coffee machine , fridge. Comfortable bed and great view from room/balcony. Hotel location, five minutes from the beach , shopping and bars. Facilities great for couples , singles and families. Plenty to do .

I’ve just returned from a weeks holiday here with my husband and 14 year old daughter and would have no issues recommending this hotel to others looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Unlike other reviews, we had no problems being a British family in this hotel and felt we were treated just like all the other guests. The staff in the restaurant and bars work hard to serve everyone, with many enjoying a laugh and joke with us all. The food was always fresh and drinks on the all inclusive were of a good quality, many branded drinks. There were plenty of sunbeds to go around (so no need to set an alarm to reserve one). There were a few families with young children here, but mainly older couples. We stayed here about 10 years ago, and the decor is exactly as it was then, so the main reason I didn’t give 5 stars is as I feel the hotel needs updating a little. We couldn’t help but laugh to find that one of the entertainment acts (a lady on the keyboard and a guy on his guitar) was even the same!!! Thank you for having us and we look forward to returning.
