Why look elsewhere for a great adult only hotel, when this is for us, is easily the best we've been to in Playa Del Ingles. The rooftop bar has great views across PDI and the rooms are clean and spacious.

“Brilliant Holiday as usual”

Our 6th visit to this lovely Hotel, and fantastic staff as usual from reception to restaurant, bar staff and cleaning staff, all really friendly, good selection of food from breakfast to evening meals, room was more than adequate for us ,plenty of sunbeds available around the pools or the sunbath... more

Our 6th visit to this lovely Hotel, and fantastic staff as usual from reception to restaurant, bar staff and cleaning staff, all really friendly, good selection of food from breakfast to evening meals, room was more than adequate for us ,plenty of sunbeds available around the pools or the sunbathing areas on the 9th floor, sunset bar on 9th floor brilliant at night to see wonderful sunsets, cannot wait to return

“Perfect location”

Overall this hotel is great, Good points Hotel is immaculately clean and the maids do a fantastic job, pool and jacuzzis always clean. Location is great and a lovely walk to the beach. Overall this hotel is great, Good points Hotel is immaculately clean and the maids do a fantastic job, pool and jacuzzis always clean. Location is great and a lovely walk to the beach. Staff polite and helpful. Roof top sky bar is amazing. Things that could be improved There are no self service for any drinks at all and there’s usually only one waiter on the roof top and the pool bar which often means a long wait for drinks or snacks as these have to be ordered from the restaurant. Entertainment is very poor and there’s no background music around the pools or rooftop. Food is often the same but I am a picky eater, I did always find something as the pizza was amazing and that’s always served. I’ll be back to Playa de Ingles, but I probably wouldn’t return here, you could find better value for money at other hotels. I did however enjoy my stay Id of just preferred more of an atmosphere and holiday vibe.

“A different type of All Inclusive hotel. ”

Just returned from a week's stay at Suites Hotel in Playa Del Ingles. We had to book this hotel at short notice due to the cancellation of holidays by Jet2 following the issues at Mcr Airport but no blame on the hotel for that. We arrived at around 9.15pm and reception advised that food service had stopped at 9pm and so we were provided with a carrier bag containing two pre packed sandwiches, and two pieces of fruit. Never have I checked into a hotel with no provision of something to eat for guests checking in late , something this hotel really needs to look into. Once we had unpacked we headed up to the rooftop bar for a drink which has great views across the town and beach . Good points about the hotel . Great location for Playa Del Ingles and Maspalomas bars and shops . A spacious room with a sea view ( 4th floor) was an added bonus. Hotel very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant- food choices good quality with themed cooking each day and there was an outdoor bbq on three nights serving steak , sausages, chicken and pork. The food at lunch can feel a bit samey on the all inclusive package. The outside dinning area is a real plus and we used this quite a lot during our stay. The Pool bar and rooftop bar , sunbeds not hard to come by and the jacuzzis on the rooftop bar are great , staff work extremely hard and are always friendly and welcoming, especially Yessicca in the pool bar which can get quite busy . Not so good No food or snacks available after 9pm unless you got outside the hotel to a bar or cafe . Drinks, the local drinks on the all inclusive are ok , premium drinks are'nt included in the all inclusive package and you have to pay extra for these along with smoothies, bar snacks like crisps are also extra. Cocktails on the all inclusive aren't nice and taste bland . The cocktails in the surrounding bars and restaurants are much nicer but you get what you pay for . Self service, there is almost no self service option in the hotel apart from breakfast where you can get tea or coffee. There are no self service drinks stations around the hotel - pool bar which would provide access to beer , wine or soft drinks on tap , snacks at the pool bar are limited menu , burger , hotdogs or pizza, no fresh salad boxes or fruit . All pool bar snacks have to be ordered from the restaurant. All drinks including soft drinks, water and wine / beer from either the pool bar or the restaurant are waiter service. Entertainment, there is entertainment each night with is a singer in the Lobby Bar which is inside, no entertainment is provided outside or at the rooftop bar . The set up of the Lobby bar is like a cinema which isn't conducive to a lively atmosphere, the acts cannot really engage with the audience easily which often means the acts struggle to create audience participation , many guests stay for a few minutes and then walk out . Overall we had a reasonable stay at Suites Hotel, however if we visit Gran Canaria again would likely try another resort and do some additional research on what the hotel offers.
