I’d booked a 5 night stay with this Hotel. - on arrival… I was impressed. Briseida was on reception dealing with some complaints from guests, to which I started to Question what have I got myself into… When it was my time to check In, Briseida was very happy to deal with my booking and so helpful with all questions I had, all throughout my stay, she was a breath of fresh air… thank you. The apartment was brilliant - pool view on the 6th floor The pool and outside area was clean. And so nice to use and relax in. The building is a little dated and needs abit of a refresh. But it’s clean, smelt fresh and was in easy walk to the Beach front and Yumbo ctr. The cafe next door is a brilliant little place to pick up a light lunch …

Great hotel & great location , cleanliness is awesome , staff genuinely really helpful,pool bar food unreal , but it seemed to be different rules for the local Spanish that own apartments or stay in the Corona , no smoking at the pool ( I totally agree ) but the Spanish were allowed , also standing at reception with a queue 5 deep and a Spanish man walked right past us all to which the reception woman dropped everyone else and dealt with him , also a owned apartment seemed to have a prostitute working from it to which she had different men most days at the pool area ( between them rubbing her up on sunbeds or gropping in the pool ) really not suitable as kids are in the pool area ( take it to your apartment) other than these few problems the Corona is a lovely place to stay in if they got rid of these few problems , I would definitely stay in the Corona again,honestly get her booked and enjoy the area perfect to everywhere, no fighting for sunbeds is brilliant ( dander out anytime and there’s beds available)

The pros: Great location, in the centre of playa del igles. You’re surrounded by shops and restaurants. Room 410 has a lovely pool view. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pros: Great location, in the centre of playa del igles. You’re surrounded by shops and restaurants. Room 410 has a lovely pool view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were consistent and pleasant. The cons: There is no air con which in the middle of summer is extremely uncomfortable. Having seen a few other reviews, I was aware if you pay extra you could secure a room with it but upon request over several emails. They denied ever having rooms with it . Due to this the balcony door and bedroom window need to be left open and there was a constant smell of smoke from our neighbours in our apartment. Our room was also overlooking a main road and was extremely loud at night. There are also no double beds. The rooms were basic but overall ok, furniture very dates and dirty.
