I wish this hotel was possible to book with jet2 in winter when its cheaper as I'd have taken the missus for a quick cheap trip. The spa they have is the highlight of this hotel, it has vibrating massage mats, a jacuzzi, a pool with massage jets and a salt pool where you can just float in the dark with some relaxing music in the background. The staff were reasonably good, especially the night porter when I first arrived, very nice guy! The all inc meals were actually better than I expected with some interesting options like rabbit and swordfish. The desserts were a little samey but still good. There is an interesting crazy golf area on the 3rd floor 'inside' the hotel and a games room in the basement with snooker, pool and a bowling alley. Its a pricey hotel in peak season but my kids had a great time.

Great hotel, lots to do & incredible spa. Just returned home after 7 nights away as a couple in late 20s. Highlights: - Drinks choices were good on AI, with brands like Gordons, Jameson, Baileys etc - Dinner was lovely, not greasy. For vegetarians you are given the option to pre-order from a set menu in the morning, although plenty of choice. - Incredible facilities including huge spa, pool tables, bowling, mini-golf, roof top, gym. - Great location, a short walk to the beach and steps up aren't as bad as they look! Improvements: - Cocktails are pre-mixed and not very strong - but spirits are good! - Entertainment was quite poor in the evening, only 2 of the 7 nights were good. A mix of acrobats, dancers, and a few bad singers. - Breakfast was repetitive & the desserts were the same each night. - The furniture was tired outside, I think one reason it might be classed as a 3 star. We also did a Jeep Safari (€53 per person) via Expedia and the train ride around the town (€6 per person). We'll be returning to the hotel for sure!

Fantastic hotel in a great location. This is the third time we’ve stayed here. We always come around Pride time as Maspalomas is bustling and busy Once again we had a lovely stay The rooms are roomy & clean. Proper drinks are served & staff couldn’t be friendlier. Couple of improvements I think they could make - the gym is better than most hotel gyms but the air con is poor down there and I think the resistance machines could do with upgrading. The gym is not well used but could be if it was upgraded - and cooler down there Secondly - they really need a soft drinks dispenser on the roof. The loungers around the pool are a bit limited but perhaps more people would use the roof terrace if they didn’t have to go down 8 floors each time. This would allow more families around the pool

Third visit to a Bull hotel, first to this one and my last. Staff were mostly helpful and smiling, especially Ricardo and Elisabeth in the Spa. Booked this hotel for the Spa, especially the floatarium and enjoyed them. Room? Booked with TUI and picture showed a room with a view; I got a disabled room (I'm not) facing a motorway and dual carriageway. My complaint is with TUI but I don't think this room had been used for a whiel because, when I arrived, the door lock wouldnt work so I couldn;t get in and maintenace had to be called. Same probelm 3 days later. Fridge wasn't woking and receptionist came up to find that it had been turned off at the fuse box high up the hall wall. Sink plug wouln't rise so water coudn't drain. No instruction re: the balcony door so when the cleaner left it open, locked, I couldn't move it, receptionist had to do it (and it never got any sun all day). Food? Vegetarions don't get any protein choices except a zuccini frittata once. Salads, veg,potatoes were the only options marked, with farfalle pasta and tomato sauce as a main course,on 3 consecutive evenings. The place is very clean and free water is avaialable all the time. Crowded round the pool so I used the rooftop solarium instead but not the jacuzzi because the water in it was green. Area? Good walks on the beach and Paseo 5 mins away and great bus services too outside. But I won't be going there again.
