Arrived 16th November 24, my wife and I. It's a nice, modern reception and the staff were courteous and polite and checked us in very quickly. We arrived about 8pm so we quickly went to the spacious room on the 1st floor and the room was clean, modern and overlooking the pool but as it was late, we went down for our evening meal. The dining room is clean, spacious and bright. There is a good but not large selection of food with freshly cooked pizzas and grilled meats which we enjoyed. We found plenty to eat at all meals and enjoyed what we had. We went to the bar, right outside the dining area and the bar was lovely with really excellent staff and good entertainment. We retired to bed and both had an excellent night's sleep. The next morning, we could see a children's pool and a much larger main pool from our veranda and the grounds are very clean and well maintained. There is a poolside bar with plenty of good drinks and hard working staff. The hotel is mid sized, I'd say and the grounds aren't big enough for you to worry about your children's whereabouts. There is a play area at the back of the hotel but I didn't see any children's play groups but we were off season so there weren't many kids in there anyway. The hotel is in a good location about 5 minutes from the beach and the Kasbah centre but we felt the Kasbah has seen better days. Honestly, it's in a good location and is mostly flat until you get to the centre of the resort or near the beach. This is an excellent hotel with excellent staff who are never idle and we hope to return in the future.

First of all i would like to give a good review to the staff at the Hotel as they work very hard everyday and always have a smile on their faces plus the daytime and evening game and activity organisers are great our family enjoyed their presence. My main criticism would be the false information they give you about the heated swimming pools. I was very dissapointed that they lied about them being heated to a decent temperature for children.My son is 5 years old and found the two main swimming pools too cold to swim in during the day and would he have to spend time in the jacuzzi.Unfortunately this would cause complaints from adult guests especially those without children who wanted to relax. Numerous children would play in the jacuzzi because of the cold swimming pools and this would stress out the parents during the day when they are trying to relax because of adult complaints to the lifeguard and managers. Its very unreasonable that the hotel cannot spend a few more Euros in energy to heat the swimming pools a liitle more each day to keep children and families free from stress and more happy. I have stayed at a Broncemar hotel in Fuertaventura and the pools were heated alot better for Children. Also the manager was slightly rude she could defiently greet hotel guests a little better. Food was slightly above average (we were all inclusive) the beds were average (Quite hard and a bit uncomfortable Average Hotel.
