To start off the hotel is huge and clean, great for families with kids, 2 pools plenty of loungers and a splash pool for kids with a small park.Games rooms, pool tables, and various games, table tennis, volley ball and basket and football courts so kids won’t be bored, also a like supermarket on site. Rooms: nice and clean good spacious room with a nice size shower and a good size balcony, maids came in everyday. Al inclusive: always something to eat all day, good food choice, breakfast bacon eggs sausage to cereal pastries and fresh fruit. Dinner&evening meals : good choice fish, pork, salads, pastas, soups and plenty of desserts. Snack bar: burgers, hotdogs, chips, cakes and sandwiches, there is even a little fridge in the bar where you can get snacks, the only negative I would say is the food needs to be hotter. Bar: plenty of choice there is also a self service for your beer, wine and soft drinks. Designated smoking area at the main pool by the toilet there is also a smoking terrace outside the small bar area where sometimes they have a singer on. Entertainment: I will say this wasn’t the greatest, we got bored really quickly nothing to shout home about, if you fancy a walk out the yumbo centre is about 15 min walk from hotel. There is also a free shuttle bus to beach every hour. Staff: could not fault all the staff throughout our stay, lovely friendly and very hard working. We had a great lovely small stay at this hotel, would I recommend yes I would, would I return most definitely.

hotel was immaculate rooms service amazing clean bedding every 2 days or less if required pool great. only criticism my room from reception was really hard to find ? it was on opposite corner in yellow building low down ground floor sleep was interrupted by local bars and cars and staff coming and going would have liked a quieter room. rooms where immaculate and roomy single traveler so heavy price for singles better hotels with cheaper prices look up. food was very standard mostly catered for german, dutch ,spanish, scottish or british food not realy catered for but great menu if you like chicken every day fish ,pasta, cold meat and cheese overall i would have liked more option on mediterranean food after all that's why you come if single traveller ask for better prices in other areas as this was expensive but not great i have stayed in cheaper hotels and got allot more so shop around weather was great i must admit never expected in the 30s staff amazing as always very helpful but i never complain as it can backfire so put up with my room aircon great wifi not that great but can i say most hotels i have stayed in charge a fortune for safe i think if your paying all inclusive it should be free but it was only 2 euros a day that's cheap most charge 40 for a week but i'll finish with great hotel nice staff location

Family holiday, 2 adults and 2 children (age 14 and 5). TLDR - nice enough but wouldn’t return due to food and entertainment. Pros: Hotel as a whole extremely clean, even pool toilets were clean and dry throughout the day. Breakfast was good. Wait staff efficient. All staff very polite and friendly. Pools clean. English movie channel on TV about channel 59 (it’s an Arab based channel but all the movies are English and good films). Beds comfortable but on wheels so do move without warning - ask for extra pillows. Plenty of sunbeds and mostly in good condition - came across only a couple that needed a repair. Beer good. Baileys included on all inclusive. Slushes and kids ice creams good. Mulligans Irish bar just round the corner was brilliant - best chips I have EVER had. €5 for taxi into Maspalomas. Shuttle bus free but rammed in mornings. Didn’t use kids club but heard others say it was good. Cons: The food started off as very average but slowly declined over the ten days. Food repetitive and sometimes undercooked. Very limited choice for children. Very much a canteen atmosphere and I would definitely not want to be there in peak holiday season. Pools freezing and not heated at all. Children had goosebumps and adults couldn’t stay in long (they did begin to slightly heat them on our last two days). Pool opening time stupid - they don’t open until 10am by which point you’ve been corralling young children for hours! No ball games or floats in any pool was also madness! Lifeguards hot on this as soon as they see one but are otherwise not very engaged - no patrols etc. They just sit on their phones or chatting. Ditto no drinks at pools until 11 - only bar is in reception which is quite weirdly placed upstairs from the pools and restaurant. No in house A la carte like many we’ve been too before. Would have been nice to break the monotony of all inclusive buffet up. Chilly in evenings take cardigan or jumper Entertainment area is outside so is a massive space (so can be chilly in evening) - not sure what would happen if raining. Entertainment for kids a bit late (8:30pm) and acts for adults afterwards were absolutely pants. Didn’t trust snack bar always seemed cold and no way of knowing how long anything had been out for. Towels in the room may as well be flannels. You have to pay a daily rate for the safe. €50 deposit for room and €40 deposit for beach towels. Our room was a 5 min walk from reception (which was fine) hotel is massive. Room (108) was next to busy road, no view whatsoever. Noise from road outside as well as nearby nightclubs was loud until early hours. Cocktails are from a machine and some tasted like bath water. Overall we had a great holiday but had to supplement it with trips out and several meals outside of the all inclusive package. I can see where both the good and bad reviews come from. If you make the most of it then you can have a good holiday at this hotel and I’m not sorry we went - we just wouldn’t go back.

Can’t fault the hotel in itself as such , the food was good (as good as all inclusive can be) , pools & entertainment was great for the kids , rooms are cleaned everyday which is brilliant , however the dining room is far to small to accommodate everyone meaning meal times are quite stressful , very noisy & plenty of queuing up. The main bad thing regarding the hotel was the location of our room , we where out facing meaning the night life was outside our balcony, the music from this would last all night stopped at around 4.30am , this did keep up wake most nights and with a 6 year old isn’t great . We did ask to move rooms but we was told the hotel was fully booked, I would suggest placing family’s with children in facing to avoid this . Over all we did have a good experience in the hotel , however the area its self is not child friendly at all . Unless you intend on spending every night in the hotel with kids I would not recommend the area.
