Return visit, this time we came for 11 days and we had a brilliant time. Everything about this hotel is great, food ,staff, cleanliness & the rooms it has it all. We came all inclusive this time and we weren't disappointed at all there were an abundance of drinks on tap and you would need to be really fussy to not find something to eat in the dinning room. Again, I can't fault the hotel, stayed for 2 weeks all inclusive (saw some reviews mention all inclusive plus, no idea, from the UK booked all inclusive and got just that, no payments for anything) coffee, tea, house wines and beer are on tap 24hrs. Again, I can't fault the hotel, stayed for 2 weeks all inclusive (saw some reviews mention all inclusive plus, no idea, from the UK booked all inclusive and got just that, no payments for anything) coffee, tea, house wines and beer are on tap 24hrs. Great for beach and bars, you don't have to eat in all the time, we did also eat out, food was good and there are plenty of options to choose from. Another review also said the pool was cold, in the summer it really doesn't need heating and once you're in it's lovely. Our second time here, this after it's revamp and yes, we would be back.

We’ve just returned from a two week holiday over Christmas and would rate everything except food variations 4 star . The large Rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day , all the staff were brilliant , the AI drinks were fine ( if you don’t want the pre- made cocktails from the machines you have to pay about €5 each) The Christmas Day gala dinner was superb ! We had steak 1 day , but for the rest of our stay was chicken , pork or fish ( mainly hake ) in various sauces. Only a couple of minutes walk to the Irish centre when you want a change of food and drink, plus some great entertainment. Hotel entertainment is catered for young children, so for couples plenty of places within walking distance to go to . Overall we had a good time , so if you have young children, give it a try .

Rooms are spacious and very clean Food choice is very repetitive and the restaurant is really noisy Entertainment is basic Check in was ok, lady there very pleasant and welcoming but were never told that if you change your towels you get charged 1 euro each time! There is an A4 poster in the window of the towel change area but this is easy to miss and the writing is small. The money goes to charity BUT a family of 4 here for 2 weeks not knowing this and changing for clean towels everyday would end up with a huge bill! 50 euros are debited from your card on arrival which you think is in case of charges but never dream it would be towards towels change charges! New Years meal was disappointing as we had to eat at 6pm sitting and had to eat outside in a pop up tent for about 6 tables as no room inside and it was freezing! Staff are very nice and efficient (apart from A very rude lady on reception screaming at a guest down the phone!) and the pool bar staff friendly too. The hotel is huge and we were in room 805 which is a really long walk through 3 blocks from the pool and the at the end of the furthest block. If you need to go back to your room it takes some time there and back from pool! In general the hotel is just like a busy holiday factory, with no atmosphere at all. It may well some but wasn't for us and we won't be back.
