“Most amazing place”

We spent a week at the Vistamar, and we enjoyed every single minute from start to finish. The reception staff are super friendly and efficient. “Excellent hotel”

We loved our stay here. Room was lovely, staff were great. Hotel very clean, food was lovely, entertainment was pretty good & plenty for kids to do. We used the shuttle bus a few times to go to the beach.

I think the only down side we experienced during our time was the inability to book the Asian restaurant, as soon as the bookings were available on the app/via reception....they were fully booked. So sadly we missed the opportunity to eat in that one. Eating out on the terrace every morning and evening was extra special, with the views exceptional. The staff that worked out there never stopped, constantly cleaning and tidying up after everyone, brilliant attention to detail. The pool areas are fantastic, we spent most of our time on the second level next to the Emerald bar. This was ideal because the Animation team did their adult games at that pool area. On the subject of the Animation team, they were excellent, very friendly, funny and great at their job. Thanks go out to them all, especially Max (hilarious at Bingo time), Gabi and Gabo, all made us feel very welcome. The bar staff were great all across the hotel, Pepe was great fun in the main bar in the evenings! The entertainment was good, we enjoyed each of the shows we saw. The Neon party was BRILLIANT, even though it was at a separate hotel that was 30 minute coach journey away. We will definitely be returning to this hotel, and I can recommend it to anyone reading this review. Thanks RIU Vistamar, I loved my time at your hotel. x.x.x. .
