After staying elsewhere in Amadores but being told that our normal hotel was closed due to refurb, we chose Altamadores and we weren't disappointed, a huge mention to the receptionist and Juan for being so kind on our last day. “Great but cold food”
We have holidayed here for years and love everything about this hotel. But, this time the food was always lukewarm to cold. Went to restaurant 6.30/ 7pm,7.30 and always cold. Reception say issue with the heaters which ( don’t) keep food hot. Hopefully they new owners will work to fix this soon

Our second and last visit here. All inclusive service was quite good last year but now a big disappointment. Unvaried, not very tasteful, often cold and often finished too early. “Return visit”
Been holidaying at this hotel every year for 16 years and have had no issues at all. However on 1/10/24 Servataur took over and already the smalll changes made so far have left me wondering if I will return. The entertainment has changed and they have stopped the 2 bingo games that were played ever… more
