The hotel was spotless, all staff so very friendly, helpful, polite and good fun. Although there was not a huge food choice the food quality was excellent. I normally cannot drink the wine abroad but it was a very good at this hotel. Room very comfortable with plenty of storage space however, I do think that draws in the room would have been bonus but that’s my personal opinion. The pool and pool area very clean, the entertainment team were lovely and worked very hard, only negative comment I have is that the pool was absolutely freezing. Would we go back ? definitely.

I have been to the hotel H10 Costa Mogan many times. My last trip was in October 2024, and I will be back in February 2025. I have been to the hotel H10 Costa Mogan many times. My last trip was in October 2024, and I will be back in February 2025. The hotel is clean, nicely renovated, quiet and peaceful place and service minded staff. Playa del Cura is the place if you don't want nightlife or shopping. Very satisfied with all inclusive, high standard. From my stay in February 2024 to my stay in October 2024, the all inclusive offer was slightly worse in terms of selection. The hotel changed its name during the period. The little extras that were there before were gone, such as local honey, dried figs, more local hams and cheeses. Cava was previously served at every breakfast, now we got cava 3 breakfasts in one week. But the place is my favorite place, I'm looking forward to February 2025.

“Nice Hotel but ugly reception service!”

Just back from H10 Costa Morgan. All in all a nice place. As a mature couple we did not want a busy area and for us the quietness of the location worked well. As has been said there are many buses and taxis to take you to lively towns very close by if you seek a bit more action. The beach although not particularly smart was comfortable and very close to the hotel, you could hire sunbeds/parasols if required. The sea is lovely and big waves crash onto the beach. We had a suite which was comfortable but had a few issues. Personally we did not like the bathroom being incorporated into the bedroom area, especially as the sliding door to the loo did not close properly because of shoddy workmanship. Now onto the food! The food in the main restaurant is very good, nice variety and the staff work hard. However beware of the only other eating place in the hotel, built up as a 'special experience' Costa Fusion. This is a pathetic attempt at fine dining which is a massive disappointment. So bad we had to walk out. The waiter forgot our two small first courses, we then decided to order a bottle of wine to try and improve the dining experience but where then served with a kind of croquet that was still frozen in the middle! That was the final straw, we told the waiter we were leaving and he told us he would not charge us for the wine. We left. We stayed 9 days and are considering a return as the quieter ambience of the hotel suited us. Sadly on our day of departure a member of the reception team, Mr Christian, was very unfriendly and unhelpful to us. He produced the bill for the wine we had at the Costa Fusion restaurant and accused us of not for paying it , as if we were thieves, when it had in fact been offered to us due to the dreadful experience we had there. Our departure was not until half past six and we wanted to pay for a late checkout. He only offered us a two hour extension and that was done in a most unfriendly manner which of course we had to pay for! The final straw was when Mr Christian advised us that we would have to pay for our lunch on the day of our departure? We were fully inclusive and stayed 9 nights, having only arrived at midnight of our first day it hardly seemed correct that we were to be charged for lunch? I would advise anyone thinking of staying at Costa Morgan to confirm the eating arrangements on the last day, as this hotel may not be as 'inclusive' and friendly as you think! Good luck!

“Average 4 star”

Have been to many hotels in Gran Canaria, but this one is just average in comparison.I was very apprehensive about coming as some of the reviews are extremely poor.and normally I'd book a 5 star hotel, but when I booked this did look ok etc. Rooms are actually nice. Have been to many hotels in Gran Canaria, but this one is just average in comparison.I was very apprehensive about coming as some of the reviews are extremely poor.and normally I'd book a 5 star hotel, but when I booked this did look ok etc. Rooms are actually nice. Comfy beds and was clean. No signs of cock roaches as in some reports. It was about 26oc on the day time and the  AC however is very poor. Only goes down to 19oc so if you was here in the summer you would be very warm in the room. Also some rooms have a window in the bathroom and at night this lights up the room as the blind in there is not a black out blind. Also if you are facing the the pool looking at the side of the bar. These rooms can be loud as you can hear people in the bar untill late. Pool wow this is cold. No really cold. You have to be brave or extremely hot to get in. Pool also opens at 9am. So at 9am ish you have a que of chair grabbers. Food. Average. This is the area that needs the most improvements And yes most dishes are luke warm at best. Also slow waiting for cooking stations. They simply do not cook enough for the demand,.so lots of waiting around. You'd expect an hour into the service they'd have enough cooked.  Also no bottled water. What's that all about. You have to take a glass of water or buy a 4 euro H10 bottle.  Also sometimes ques for drinks are very long day time by the pool and or evenings and there is only one person serving. No snack bar as such, only after 3pm ar the pool bar. With a very limited venue od burgers and or chios.  Lunch meals only in the main buffet.  Evening entertainment doesn't start untill 9.30pm and not really any background music just people watching and the chairs around the bar area are really not comfortable. I have tried every one and they are all really poor.  Been to many hotels in GC and this doent cpmpare well. Ate out in porto mogan 2 nights for a change.  Would i come back.
