Nice hotel but don’t bother with upgrade. Staff are really lovely and rooms are really nice (though tiling a little tired in bathroom). Food was good and always lots of choice. Culinarium was nice. My main issue was with the upgrade which was really not worth it. Apparently room was meant to be an upgrade but was identical to my friends’ room who hadn’t upgraded. There is a very nice welcome gift on arrival but the reason I upgraded was to benefit from the premium drinks selection which was a massive fail. No premium spirits available such as Bombay Sapphire gin which needed to be paid for. Cocktails such as expressive martini and porn star martini were 6 euros a time. The only thing that was of benefit at all was that there was a (limited) choice of wine in the restaurant, the lunchtime venue and the main bar. Not so at the other bars and I have to say the house wine was pretty poor. Premium upgrade was also meant to have early check in but I waited one and a half hours for my room and I didn’t arrive until the regular check in time of 3pm! Having previously stayed at TUI Sensatori and Sensimar hotels, for me, the TUI Blue fell a little short. Entertainment here was spot on though and so much to do. Very varied so something for everyone. Absolutely fantastic sunsets too.

“Pretty good”

Just returned , pretty good hotel , older clientele, access to the beach which was quite nice . Room was ok , a little tired in places but cleaned every day , .Hotel was busy so chose meal times according . Food was pretty good , plenty of choice , if a bit basic at times . Just returned , pretty good hotel , older clientele, access to the beach which was quite nice . Room was ok , a little tired in places but cleaned every day , .Hotel was busy so chose meal times according . Food was pretty good , plenty of choice , if a bit basic at times . Always found a sunbed . All the staff were excellent and accommodating , which was nice . Entertainment every night , some better than others .My wife and I suffered sickness and diarrhea towards the end of our week , with me requiring the doctor , and my wife suffering worse , needing to be hospitalised, This was an unfortunate end to our week. However , we managed to fly home ok . Just want to stress that all staff at the hotel were excellent .and during our hospital visit , again our treatment was excellent .

My husband and I have spent 11 nights in this hotel, and just returned from our holidays. The food was far below the standard you would expect from Tui 4 star hotel. 3 nights before our leaving I become really poorly and I was unable to leave room until 11 am. I had suffered with gastrointestinal problems, that might have been caused by the food hygiene, lucky enough had some medications, which I believe everyone should take while travelling to this hotel. Hotel rooms and outside areas definitely need renovation. Most of the staff are friendly, but many were not. There was  poor quality customer service in the buffet, where we found difficult to get a drink. I have observed some staff members and have noticed that some of them were working very hard and some of them were prettending they do something like for example, pushing the chairs to the table instead of serving customer. I found bar staff members excellent. Special thanks to Angel, Eylon or Elony - sorry if I couldn't catch their names correctly - for very good costumer services. The way back to the aiport with Tui was awful - about 1,5 hrs with 15 stops!! It made people feel unwell and some of the passengers were sick after this journey. Overall we had a nice holidays but we will not return.

On arrival, our welcome was outstanding, We had already chosen our room online and paid the extra 140 euros. The junior suite was comfortable and the bed was rather large too. As others had mentioned I felt that the bathroom was rather tired and in need of a refresh, especially when the plastic cap fell off the shower rail exposing a rusty mess inside. The marble surrounds in the bathroom are worn and quite discoloured too. I hadn't noticed at first but after a couple of days realised that the ceiling had a one metre square patch that wasn't the same colour as the rest which appeared to have been painted light grey. Our room was plagued by small ants, they turned up everywhere including my wife's handbag. The public areas of the hotel and lovely, very clean and staff work hard to keep them this way. Restaurant staff, Barstaff, etc work very hard too to make your experience as good as it can be. In fact everyone here is really helpful and polite, Reps are amazing too. Sadly both myself and my wife suffered illness, firstly, I had terrible diarrhoea for 24 hours requiring a Doctors visit and soon thereafter my wife suffered vomiting for a similar period of time. I've never been on an all inclusive holiday before as I feel they don't benefit the resort they've been built on the reputation of and so local businesses suffer. This was a chance to convert me, it didn't. I felt I was shuffled from one meal to the next, but that's just my opinion. Entertainment is provided every evening and depending on your taste there's something to please everyone. TUI rate this place at 4 stars and that's fair for the public areas but taking the rooms into account I'd say possibly a 3 overall as the room let's it down. I cannot fault the staff here at all, but I felt it was close to a nursing home in a hot country.
