Top staff service from start to finish. The all inclusive experience was great. Different food options daily. The rooms were clean and to a decent standard. The do need to upgrade rooms to fit todays standards though. Rooms did not have WIFI which was not helpful. Also the lift did break down most of the day and not fixed until the following day. The views were amazing and they have a local bus that go to near by places like the beach.

“1st time visit”

Fabulous stay at this hotel. Fab views. Entertainment every day and night was excellent. Overall most staff friendly. Spotless clean Only downfall is winter sun, no syn at the pool area til after mid day. Used courtesy bus to Taurito beach and into Puerto de Mogan

The hotel doesn’t look like a 4star hotel. The rooms look dated and dusty, not enough light during the night. Although most of the people working there are nice and friendly there are a few who can ruin your holiday through their behaviour towards tourists. If you try booking a tour via reception staff, don’t do that. Most of them seem like they don’t know what they are doing. If you will ask let’s say 3 of them about something, each one will come with different answers. They should have a separate desk to deal with tours.

This hotel is nowhere near 3/4 star. Check in rushed and rude. Forced to make a split decision when you would like evening meal. Room dated especially bathrooms, the entertainment was diabolical it was laid out like a working mens club and atmosphere to match. There is designated smoking areas very few and then non smokers waltz into that area and complain it's outside affects no one breath in all other fumes. Sunset bar lovely aziz is amazing and friendly. Adult pool freezing defibrillator on hand no surprise. No good for anyone non fit as everything is a hike. Upgraded to premium purely for water and coffee can have one decent coffee at breakfast the rest day nowhere to get a decent coffee , food well below par and tepid definitely geared for German visitors water was like pulling teeth just a complete waste money spent most if it out the hotel. Thankfully I met some lovely people otherwise would have left day 2.
