Came on the 14th dec-28th .... 2nd visit in 3 months,came with family for christmas,everything was amazing could not fault anything,had 2 junior suites next to each other,had breakfast in the blue house,lots of choice,staff lovely,had dinner in the main restaurant again very good,little chaos on the busier evenings...christmas day evening was given bottles of wine&water on the table free of charge. Rooms we're cleaned every morning and towels changed twice a day... couldn't ask for anymore ...made lots of happy memories

16th Year in a row visiting so think i can write a honest review. Clean and perfect for family’s so safe and everyone is friendly- children in our family call it ‘like home’ as the hotel and town is safe that 12year old goes down to the town on her own. Hotel is spread nicely and unique so doesn’t feel crammed Family rooms are perfect for families with small children as are the senior suites but they do get booked fast Family pool is heated all year round, 2 Jacuzzi, a babies pool and activities occurring in the pool and in kids club (which is amazing) as-well as subbed service of drinks and foo For those wanting a more adults only vibe, there is an adults only pool with a bar and food restaurant Consistently for the past 16 years the food has always had plenty of selection for everyone, they had whole salmons coming out every 30 mins Pizza, Pasta, salad and meat counter every night New years here is something so special and like no where else with a gala dinner and a lovely atmosphere. Location of the hotel is perfect, literally less than 5mins walk to the beach front with loads of restaurants, shops and activities. Hotel staff are fantastic and you can see why some of the staff have been here many many years! They’re helpful and always willing to solve issues if they occur. Big tip is to get a 10% card of which you show whenever you order food or drinks and makes a huge saving! The town itself is beautiful and so picturesque with water sports on the beach and restaurants by the harbour Only one issue i have is there’s no discount or loyalty considering we’ve been here 16 years in a row as have many many other family’s of which are also here at the same time as us making it such a lovely friendly environment of which everyone gets on with each other. I feel cordial could acknowledge this considering we spend on average 10-14 days a year as a family of 5 for the past 16 years there’s no incentive or discount even for family’s which stay here for 3-4 weeks at a time!!!!

“Really good hotel”

Great and warm welcome (thanks Agustin) and reception team. Beach only 10 min or less in walking distance. Really good breakfast buffet. Some services could be improved but overall really good hotel, with loads of amenities and free included car park.

“Selfish people reserving sun beds before breakfast”

Very nice hotel with attentive staff and good food. But the situation with people selfishly reserving sun beds is a joke and spoiling our stay. Very nice hotel with attentive staff and good food. But the situation with people selfishly reserving sun beds is a joke and spoiling our stay. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t seem to do much about it. People are reserving sun beds as soon as they get up which means there is little choice. The hotel needs to get a grip of this situation as it’s out of control. Apparently they have a system but we have realised it’s not enforced. So unless you are prepared to be a selfish person I would not book here. Doubt we will come and stay again.
