“Lovely hotel, lovely gardens, lovely staff 🥰”

Our first time at this lovely hotel. Staff are lovely. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Traditional cosy rooms rather than super modern. Lots of storage space. Our first time at this lovely hotel. Staff are lovely. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Traditional cosy rooms rather than super modern. Lots of storage space. The grounds are beautiful, with glorious flowers, trees, cacti, palm trees, waterfalls and fountains (it’s an oasis). The pools were lovely. We stayed half board but if we return we’ll stay bed and breakfast as the evening meal was a bit samey without much choice. There are fun activities around the lower pool. We met people who return to this hotel every year and I can see why. We like to visit new places but I think we’ll be back at this hotel again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“An excellent choice for a winter break.”

We have been to this lovely hotel twice before and the standard has remained high. It is a large complex but you never feel too crowded. The grounds of the hotel are spectacular with hundreds of palm trees and tropical shrubs. The two large swimming pools are excellent (and heated). Food is of a high quality at both breakfast and dinner. All staff are welcoming and helpful. Our room was excellent and wee cleaned each day. We will definitely come again.

The room was a good size with a balcony which got afternoon/evening sun, our only complaint would be that it had an occasional table and two chairs in it which there wasn't really room for and made one end of the room feel cramped. We had a lovely week here. The room was a good size with a balcony which got afternoon/evening sun, our only complaint would be that it had an occasional table and two chairs in it which there wasn't really room for and made one end of the room feel cramped. Just one chair would have been fine! Decor was a bit old fashioned. Food in the pool bar was good. Service in the lobby bar seemed to vary depending on which staff were on, but all staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. we had a car and there seemed to be plenty of space in the car park. We had B&B so only ate an evening meal in the hotel on the day we arrived, it seemed to be the standard buffet selection.. Breakfast was good with a good selection of everything. Loved the plate clearing robots. Only negative thing was that the sunbeds around the north pool were very close together...no space between them, made it difficult to adjust them and felt too close for my liking to total strangers. Not all of them got sun all day and I suspect at some times of the year this may be an issue. The gardens were beautiful. It definitely passed the 'would we go back' test!

Very nice Hotel with spacious rooms and super bar area with good entertainment. The grounds were lovely and very tropical around large pools excellent for swimming. The huge let down for me was the difficulty in getting well placed sun chairs in sunny positions. Despite many well placed clear notices about reserving seats with towels from early morning these rules were totally ignored by many guests so arriving at the pool after 10 am meant only shaded seating as all the best had been reserved by selfish guests. If signs are to be placed as they were then why not remove the towels of the selfish guests !!!!
