Hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean, the pools are wonderful with warm water. Food always fresh and a large selection. Staff always smiling and helpful. Hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean, the pools are wonderful with warm water. Food always fresh and a large selection. Staff always smiling and helpful. All rooms have a nice view with no additional cost. We received sparkling wine and nice card on my birthday, which was very nice touch. Hotel is fantastic base for exploring the entire island, absolutely wonderful! The only problem was the neighbors who were constantly smoking cigarettes on the balcony next door.

“Good little break”

Stayed 14-19 November all inclusive. Positives - the hotel is immaculately clean, the staff are nice and helpful, the food was good (if a little repetitive), quiet location (except we did have room 259 which overlooked main road so take earplugs), pools kept at a nice temperature, beds and pillows very comfy. Negatives - the entertainment was very much geared to the older generation although the Friday night duo were a bit more upbeat and got some different dancing to the slow ballroom dancing that dominated, the bedroom was fine but could possibly do with a little upgrade. In summary a nice hotel that caters to older generation and we are not suggesting the hotel should change as we came for some quiet chill time which is what we got. Would definitely come back but not just yet.

Usually rate Sunprime Highly but this time, on our 4th visit, I feel there's been a shift in quality and not for the better unfortunately. On arrival no issue with reception, new staff but really helpful and efficient. It was only when they asked if it was our first time at Sunprime and we said no it was out 4th, it was second thought (or so I felt) and we were then offered an arrival drink of Cava. I did note that on arrival days for other nationalities there were welcome drinks all set out specifically for them so wonder what the difference is? Do Jet2 guests not get this fuss as standard? This wasn't the only visit I noticed this and I think this is something that should be looked at as it doesn't give a great 1st impression when you notice the difference in attention for different guests. Maybe something to think about when welcoming Jet2 guests. Room as usual was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed, shout out to the housekeeping staff who's standards remain high. Food. We booked bed and breakfast this time as we knew it was possible to upgrade to AI if we wanted to, for a day or two at a time. which we did. However we were given a card with the date that we upgraded and our room number etc but when we tried to use it at the restaurant and the bar we were very embarrassingly questioned and phone calls had to be made to reception to check if we had paid, We found this lack of communication between the areas really embarrassing to be honest, when there's a queue of people behind and we were getting "checked up on" to see if we had paid was really poor. The food has definitely taken a decline in quality, our previous visits Oct 22, Oct 23. Feb 24 absolutely spot on and that is one of the main reasons that we retuned, this time something had changed, depending on who was doing breakfast for example, the pancakes would either be burned or not cooked enough, made in massive piles so they were cold as they had been stood which isn't the experience we have had previously. The themed nights are still on but the choices are definitely less, I was looking forward to Asian night for the Bao bun and pulled beef but not there this time as they had been on our previous three visits. The hotel grounds and pools absolutely spotless and always very impressed with this, the ground staff work so hard and the grounds really are immaculate! love the outside area so much! We would probably return but would hope to see some changes in the things that I have mentioned at our next visit.

This was our second visit and had let the hotel know we were celebrating a birthday. Friendly welcome but no welcome drink. Disappointing as every arrival we saw , was offered one. We were given the wrong directions to our room 3 times which late at night and tired from travelling did not impress us. In the end the security guard had to show us. We literally had to take the lift up a floor, walk to the next lift at the end of the building and take another (claustrophobic, dark and dingy) lift to the floor we were on. There were far easier ways of getting to the room which we discovered ourselves thank goodness. Room was comfortable , looked like it’d been recently decorated and was cleaned every day. No issues here at all. The food was delicious, great choice and always plenty of it. The staff were lovely and I was treated to a champagne breakfast for my birthday. There was an unfortunate incident at lunch one day but I have to say, it was dealt with swiftly and professionally with no fuss. We were offered to dine at the a la carte by way of apology. This was amazing. The food, the service, the ambiance was perfect. Usually went down to the pool areas @10am and there were always plenty of sunbeds. Nice to sit at the bar before dinner then relax in the lounge areas after. Entertainment was singers and on 5 nights a week. We will return.
