On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

We enjoyed our stay at these apartments. Mostly populated by Scandinavians when we were there, so very quiet. The staff were very helpful, especially Alejandro who speaks excellent English, but was prepared to put up with my weak Spanish.Yes, the apartments are fairly basis, but they contain everything you need for a week long stay and are clean and quite spacious. The beds do creak a bit but comfy enough. We had regular bedding and towel change. A longish hike to the beach, along a dried river bed, but there is a very nice park nearby with a great cafe and a good view to the mountains. The local (smallish but very well stocked) supermarket is very close and handy. Local buses make it easy to get around and taxis are cheap and plentiful. We would recommend walking up the hill to San Fernando (just past the market) where there are good restaurants and a fantastic big supermarket. much less touristy and feels very Spanish.
