Had a lovely 5 night break at this hotel. Reception very helpful on check in stayed in room 366 which had a sunny balcony as requested which was nice. Beautifully clean apartment wonderful friendly staff the hotel complex is immaculate. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Reception is very friendly and professional. The pool areas are amazing and there is something for everyone there including adult pools, children’s pools and quiet areas.
