Beautiful hotel Bit isolated BUT. Rooms for 4 are very spacious, modern and provide shampoo conditioners and body lotion. Staff are amazing and friendly all over the hotel. You can purchase Bali beds at £10 a day and well worth it in December ( especially the ones on the little hotel beach. No umbrella though if needed. The ones around the edges have curtains to provide shade and privacy. Daytime entertainment has been the best. From a saxophone player to acrobats and for me the best electric funky violin player I’ve ever seen. Little tiny hotel shop for snacks etc. We were all inc plus for premium drinks which are fab. Breakfast caters for every nationality, lunch is good always something to eat. We ate out in the evening in Melonars which has plenty of choice highly recommended to book the popular ones. Definitely would come back 5 stars ⭐️ from us xxx

“Nice hotel”

Hotel was nice very friendly staff and lovely and clean. Food was ok very limited for some people and not always very warm. We had premium all inclusive but still had loads of drinks that you couldn't have, you can drink as much vodka tequila as you want but had to pay 6 euro for tomato juice!!! La… more

We had premium all inclusive but still had loads of drinks that you couldn't have, you can drink as much vodka tequila as you want but had to pay 6 euro for tomato juice!!! Lack of a proper bar was biggest let down nowhere nice and comfortable to sit at night only a pool bar which was cold and chairs very uncomfortable. New years eve was very good and again staff were brilliant the daytime around the pool was fantasticwith acrobats shows and singers!!. Needs a bit of work but overall best thing was the staff!! Pool was nice and was heated

The location of the hotel isn't great in as much as there isn't very much else around the area and you have to walk, taxi or bus etc to go anywhere. The hotel provides a bus to the beach or it's a 30 min flat walk. The approach to the hotel is also quite unkept - the path is uneven and has lots of broken slabs and is littered with rubbish and animal poo and there are large public type bins near the entrance that are overflowing.Not the hotels fault I guess but isn't attractive. The hotel is quite an oasis after this with lovely pool areas and views of the dunes from the adults only area. The restaurant is canteen/buffet in style and can get very busy. The food is good though and the staff are lovely. There is one small outside bar but there is no real ambience and the seating was quite uncomfortable. There was also no heating or blankets provided so it could get quite chilly in the evenings. The all inclusive drinks were low quality, especially the wine. Water is a precious resource and whilst you can have beer by the gallon asking for a bottle of water is a no no. One small bottle is provided in the room at check-in but that's your lot and it is forbidden to top up bottles from the water dispenser. Some hotels in the area encourage guests to top up water containers from the provided dispensers as part of their sustainability ethos to cut down in single use - not here though as you have to purchase water in plastic bottles from the on site shop.There is one indoor bar area in the lobby but this isn't part of the all inclusive service for some reason and drinks are chargeable .There is a pop up bar in the adults only area between 11:00 and 18:00 but the staff keep disappearing so a lot of the time it's not available. There is a small gym which was fine for a quick workout with a few free weights and machines plus treadmills etc The rooms in the adults only part were OK, quite narrow but had a large comfy bed . The small fridge in the room never worked and the lighting in the bathroom wasn't good.We had issues with the room being musty and not being cleaned properly or basic amenities such a loo roll not being replaced ,however after mentioning this to management things got a lot better. Unfortunately the Jet2 holiday rep claimed that the fact that the bedding wasn't replaced after a week was for "sustainability" and it would only be changed on request - what utter rubbish, not changing the bedding after a week is just filthy and unhygienic. There are a lot of cats on the property too which apparently are "protected" - that's OK but when they use the hotel grounds as one big latrine at least the mess should be cleaned up- there was cat poo on the grass outside the lobby for over a week before it was cleaned up. Had a lovely holiday but probably wouldn't stay here again.

“Nice hotel”

Nice hotel lovely staff food let it down always cold no variety outdoor entertainment space not comfortable premium all inclusive bit confused could only have local or odd named spirits but had to pay for ginger ale and tomato juice what is that all about? Burgers pizza had to pay for🤷‍♀️
