“A great all round holiday”

The whole hotel and staff are great, the White Party is BRILLIANT, and the two bar staff in the Sports Bar Pavel and Jose are absolutely amazing, what a great laugh, really engaging with everyone, our second visit to this hotel, and will return again.

I have stayed in RIU's before and always found them excellent, this was no exception. Amazing facilities, lots of onsite pools, staff so helpful, and the 'totally' all inclusive tariff meant we did not have to spend anything while in the hotel. Main restaurants, always plenty and varied food to choose from, all good quality, and never too busy, always somewhere to sit in the outside area. The speciality restaurants again excellent, and nice not to have to pay to use them, just book in advance, with other small food and drink outlets around the site. Loved having the drinks stations all around the complex. Room was large, a ground floor apartment, clean and recently refurbished, as was the whole resort. Entertainment. Can always be hit and miss, but here was the best, most professional I have ever had, made special by the massive outdoor theatre arena. If you like a bop, go to the RIU Party night. Pools were well maintained and clean, and never an issue getting a sunbed. Location, direct access to the promenade, 15 minute walk to one of two good beaches. Several bars and restaurants, and an amazing range of modern commercial outlets to browse around. There were many excursions, most picking up from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyable holiday, and would recommend this hotel to others

Excellent hotel the food was great the hotel so clean,Plenty of sunbeds. The rooms not as plush as the rest of the hotel but cleaned every day. Entertainment was good some nights not to everyone's taste hard to please everyone but generally good. The rui party nights fantastic and so well organised I've never seen anything like it such a good atmosphere. All the staff work very hard and give a good service. If I had one moan there's not enough public toilets for the size of the hotel too spread especially around the pool area. The resort itself is so nice cleanest place I've been to. Visited rui hotels in Mexico and this hotel is just the same but without the beach but the sea view setting is beautiful. Will definitely return and recommend. Thank you Rui Grand Canaria for an amazing stay
