Good and clean bungalows. Bungalows are modernised. Food was good. Working people are very nice and entertainment was excellent. Especially the enthousiasm of the team and the high level of the shows are excellent. Extra thanks to Gonzalo!

Travelled Out Here The End Of Feb With My Partner and honestly This hotel is one of the best hotels in the Canary Islands . The rooms are immaculate so spacious for just us two so much storage in the hotel rooms. Loved the layout of this hotel so spread out with all the bungalows added bonus for the sun loungers on every terrace . Amazing location about 10 minute walk to the Yumbo Centre. Great that the hotel was connected to a hyperdino supermarket which private access via a gate . The main pool area was kept immaculate and whatever time of day it was there was plenty of sunbeds free. We stayed half board which was really good and the hotel let us change our dinner for our lunch some days which was great . The food choice is one of the best if not the best selection I’ve ever had . Never saw the same food twice at dinner . The breakfast was lovely food was always warm . The hotel staff were always really friendly and helpful . The hotel runs a free shuttle bus to Maspalomas/Meloneres beach daily which was a great added bonus . Couldn’t recommend this hotel more will definitely be back .

Only on day 3 of our holiday and cannot rave enough about this hotel. Accommodation lovely. Clean as hell. Everything u could wish for is in the room. Food excellent and choice unbeatable. As for staff, excellent but have to give a massive well done to Eduardo who is a cut above the rest and nothing is too much for him. When he is not serving he is cleaning and never stops. As for Dunia who cannot help but make your evening special in the Italian restaurant thats says enough. Only let down is a fair hike to the beach and main entertainment but that being said, the hotel makes up for entertainment

“Great Family Hotel”

Lovely family hotel. All rooms are separate ‘bungalow style’ with one or two bedrooms, a large lounge area, an outdoor patio with chairs and sunbeds. Lovely family hotel. All rooms are separate ‘bungalow style’ with one or two bedrooms, a large lounge area, an outdoor patio with chairs and sunbeds. Rooms are well appointed and had been recently updated and modernised. Plenty of storage. Good modern shower room, no bath. Not sure if other rooms had them. Two main pool areas, one large pool by the hotel with a small kids splash pool and a ‘hot tub’ which wasn’t hot. The other pool area is at the top end with three kids pools, one of which was a splash pool with small slides, one smaller pool, and one deeper pool with a large slide. Some pools warmer than others, most were ‘heated’ but I wouldn’t say very warm. That didn’t turn anyone off, plenty of people swimming. Very clean hotel with well maintained garden areas. Never had a problem getting sunbeds, though there were a lot of European families as it was their kids half term holidays. Nobody was up early to reserve sunbeds. Buffet restaurant was good, plenty of fresh food, with the live grill cooking station being a highlight. You had all the options you would need. There was another lunch restaurant up by the kids pool area, serving pizza (very good), hotdog, burgers, sandwiches and salad. Standard Canary Island poolside buffet. Main restaurant was better. Bar staff good, never a large queue, and there was beer and soft drinks available to self pour. I didn’t have any wine or cocktails. There are two kids play park areas, tennis court, football pitch and an outdoor gym area, open at selected times for classes. Kids entertainment during the day was ok, they had a lovely indoor area beside the play park. The entertainment team definitely had a soft approach to the activities, not pushy in any way. There is a large screen in reception with details, or a website. Mini disco was early at 1730. Evening entertainment was good, with the Micheal Jackson Show and an Encanto Show being the stand out highlights. I would say the top side of the hotel is the more attractive side, with the rooms being more spread out. The bottom side seemed more congested. Location wise, you are at the top of Playa Del Ingles, with a 30 minute walk to the beach, or a shuttle bus runs from the hotel. We didn’t go to the beach. It’s a built up area nearby, so plenty of food and drink options within a 10 minute walk. Also a great viewing spot around the corner to get good sunset photos over the town. Overall a great family hotel, which I would return to.
