My only minor adverse comment would be that the rooms are not well signposted and there would be a great deal of walking to do until you find your room and know where you are going!

“Another beautiful holiday”

Some staff stood out as amazing: Susannah who is now on leave for 12 months, Giorgio, Daniel, Africa , Angela and Marta. Thank you all for making us feel welcome and special. See you again in March

Amazing week here. Weather wasn’t the best but it didn’t matter. Hotel is stunning, Christmas lights very special. We had a superior room with sea view and it did not disappoint. Housekeeping was first class. Breakfast buffet was excellent, dinner too most nights but a couple where we struggled a bit - personal preference though. Lovely Italian just down from hotel ‘Ciao Ciao’ - just go out the back gate, left then right down the ramp. Lovely to sit with a glass of bubbly in the afternoon and watch the world go by. Food was amazing here too and very reasonable - we used it a couple of nights for a change and also for lunch snacks. There’s another Italian next door but more expensive and not as good in our opinion. Out the back gate and left takes you along the beautiful promenade to great shops and eating places - 20 minutes and a lovely flat walk. We found the staff to be pleasant and super helpful - one suggestion though, we felt a bit pressured to order drink with dinner but didn’t want to. One young female supervisor interrupted our meal to insist we gave her the order slip back and she proceeded to rip it up abruptly and took the glasses away. Only other suggestion is to have more trained staff at checkin. We waited 45 minutes at 5pm - welcome drink offered but all we wanted to do was get settled and get a bite to eat after a long day travelling. Entertainment - there were 3 different tribute acts/bands all first class and from 21:30-23:00. Different dance acts on other nights for an hour or so - also great but the bands were amazing. Highly recommend this hotel and would return for sure - didn’t go for privilege as didn’t feel the need, especially with the Italian restaurant on the sea front.

“Be careful as all inclusive is not all inclusive!”

The hotel is lovely BUT All inclusive only includes meals at the buffet restaurant with ALL other restaurants on site an extra charge. offering a 20% discount for a la carte. This was not explained at check in. Be aware as this could result in a costly bill at checkout!
