A fabulous hotel. Staff pride themselves in offering the highest levels of customer service. The rooms, pool area, public area and dining areas are clean, tidy and stylish. The hotel is in a great location, backing into the beach and coastal path. This is now our fourth time visiting and we have been just as impressed.

“Beautiful hotel.”

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Still here and sad to leave. Only on a B&B basis but would do half board if returned. Food is just excellent and a great variety. Absolutely beautiful hotel. Still here and sad to leave. Only on a B&B basis but would do half board if returned. Food is just excellent and a great variety. We have had a beautiful room over looking the pool. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The whole of the hotel is spotless. The clientele is mostly German/Scandinavian and some English. At the time that we were here it was also an older clientele. Pool areas are well kept. No scrambled for sun beds or sunshades. I would highly recommend and the other thing to add is the effort put in for Christmas is amazing, photos would not do enough justice. I think a previous review had mentioned “no smoking” you can smoke but only in allocated areas and not on your balconies or outside areas which for me as a non smoker is excellent. Loved this hotel and all staff.

“Pleasant stay”

Standard room which was fine for week it is clean and bed mattress are very firm. Enjoyed buffet breakfast, lots of options available. Standard room which was fine for week it is clean and bed mattress are very firm. Enjoyed buffet breakfast, lots of options available. Pool was cold despite saying it was heated, this seemed to be better on last day there. We used the bar but as not inclusive customers it got busy with those on inclusive deals. Mixed nationalities here but people were generally pleasant. Had evening entertainment which was okay. We tended to go out a lot but clearly some folks were entirely hotel based. Would have like more information on local travel and use of beach. Also for sustainable hotel they should ensure rooms all have bin for recycling in them!

The room was adequate, lots of storage, we were lucky to be the end room but we could clearly hear conversations and the TV in the ajoining room. Half board, the food was never hot, sometimes not even luke warm. We didn't use the pool area as most of the sunbeds were in shade. The best positioned sunbeds mostly were near the smoking areas, which were taken early by the usual crew. Strong smell of sewage as you entered the hotel, together with smell of cigarette smoke and sewage when you entered the dining room. There was an issue on checking out we settled our bill in cash then the receptionist also billed the same amount to our credit card, we asked for the error to be corrected, she was unable to re-credit our credit card and when she enquired to her colleague on reception he was very unhelpful, therefore we were reimburse with the cash we paid, very poor customer service. On the plus side, the beach was fabulous, cost of 2 sunbeds and umbrella €9.50 for the day. Staff in general were very helpful.
