Amazing place clean jacuzzi warm an clean we had a private garden so nice asked for south facing and it was ready for us when we arrived we have holiday in gran canaris for 31 years and have stayed in villas with our boys this was our 1st holiday on our own myself and husband an by far the best one we have found our tranquil place here it is a amazing the staff just clean all day which was a big deal to us as we have a cleaning business the breakfast options are amazing everything you could imagine for breakfast was there my husband was thrilled with the fresh cooked fried eggs as he loves his full English i adored the little cute yogurts made in cute little glasses omg they even put the clean cutlery out with white gloves on which i loved we arrived late an the lovely gentlemen at reception who checked us us in rang us a taxi an sent us to a lovely restaurant which the staff use themselves casa le vija i think it was called food amazing ask at reception an they will help you get there free shuttle service to melonarous definitely worth a go beatiful place and the restaurants so so lovely and clean all i can say is we lived this place its amazing and we are definitely going back next year without a doubt trust me if i could give this resort bad review i would as i am so so picky but i carnt the staff just give a top service thr housr keepers are amazing to hat off to you all i dont know how you keep working in the heat you are all fabulous thank you so very much for our wonderful stay and we will see you next September kind regards Cheryl Holloway xxxxxx

This was our 5th visit to this resort and we are due to return again in November. Since our last visit in November 2023 there have been many improvements around the complex and as usual everything was spotlessly clean. We stayed half board and there is always plenty of choice at breakfast and in the evening. We have always enjoyed the food and never had a problem, since our last visit there is new chef who has made changes and in my opinion the food and choices have got even better. There is an extensive lunch menu which we only had on our last day as we found breakfast and evening meal enough for us. We had a pizza which was very good. Our room as always our room was spotless and cleaned daily. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel offers a very relaxed atmosphere and there is never a shortage of sun beds. The main pool is great to cool off in even though it is around 24 and the spa pool upstairs is a great place to spend some time and is heated to around 34. The gym is well equipped even though I only used it once! There is entertainment every evening, not all of it to our taste, which on the whole is good. The highlight are the Dukes band who change their act depending upon the night and in our 2 week stay we saw them 3 times. There are also other great acts but I cannot remember their names. Now onto the main reason we keep coming back, the staff. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave they ensure that you have the best possible experience. Nothing is too much trouble, if you do have any issues you just have to speak to them and it is resolved straight away. It’s probably not fair to single out individuals but I will anyway and must apologise to anyone I forgot to mention as they are all stars! Diego and Pablo are the restaurant mangers and nothing is too much trouble and genuinely consider them as friends, they make you stay very special. Our only disappointment was that we only saw Pablo for 3 days before he went on holiday. Then there were the other familiar faces who all support Diego and Pablo in the restaurant and bar, Karim, Danielle, Javier, Santo, Yaniel, Kevin, Isobel amongst many others who are equally great. Vizuela, who is customer relations, is also amazing and makes sure everything runs smoothly. They all seem so happy and work as a great team. Ivan the owner also makes regular appearances and gets the party started on a Saturday night, he is always interested in your views and is committed to ensuring you have a memorable holiday. Cannot wait to return in November!

“Amazing Stay.”

Everything about the hotel made the stay a fantastic one. Checkin was smooth and quick and plenty of info on arrival. We stayed in room 215, ideal space for a couple. Modern and spotlessly clean, very large comfy bed, with good quality cotton sheets, these are changed daily. Chairs and small table outside, also two loungers. The pool area was immaculate, and the pool was modern and the water was 28 degrees, took the chill off but still really refreshing to cool you down. Spa pool on top of the restaurant was great but the water was 34 degrees, too hot for me but that was a personnel preference. We had B&B, and the food was exceptional and great choice for breakfast. We also had a buffet meal one evening which was €80, the food was first class and excellent choice again. Cocktails were great and a good selection. Entertainment was good especially the Queen tribute band. Also very impressed during breakfast they had acoustic singers playing which was a nice touch. The highlight for me were the hotel staff, they made our holiday a memorable and relaxing one. They could not do enough for you, and were very pleasant even when they are so busy and working in the heat. So a massive thank you from me to all the hotel staff. We will be returning thanks once again

This was our 3rd visit to this resort and each time we see additional improvements. This time it was the addition of water fountains and ice stations a big positive. And on our last day a vast array of garden plants were being put in. The service from all staff is exceptional and top marks go the chefs as the food is outstanding. Our only criticisms this time would be while we were there a hen party was present for a few nights. I have to say we were rather shocked and disappointed the resort accepted them as our tour operator states none are accepted. They were very loud and could be heard around the whole area. In addition guests were allowed into dinner in swim shorts and sleeveless gym gear. Come on Club Maspalomas don’t let standards slip there are a lot of repeat guests who love love love this place. We hope to be back again next year with standards back to the 5* service you usually provide.
