“Best hotel in PR!!”

What a fantastic hotel. We stayed here twice, first time in 2017 then again in September'23. Hotel is in a great location overlooking the sea one side and Puerto Rico including the harbour on the other. Both times we stayed on the 8th floor in a select room overlooking PR. It gives amazing views and the balcony lends itself to beautiful sunsets. From our arrival we was greeted with a lovely welcome and a complimentary glass of processco!! Check in was swift and we were given our room and some information about the hotel. Its highly maintained throughout with a bright, modern nautical twist everywhere and the cleaners work so hard to keep it clean and tidy. We stayed on a B&B basis and I can highly reccomend this. A great selection of breakfast to suit all tastes and if you ask the chef they will provide a gluten free option if required. There is also a chef who will make you fresh omlettes, scrambled eggs etc. Plenty of a continental selection or fresh breads, fruits, cereals, juice, tea, coffee, bacon, sausage etc and if they dont have it they will do their best to get it. The rooms are huge, spacious and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook and comes with the usual tea/coffee making, fridge, hob etc. Smart TV in the lounge if you want it. The beds are massive and the most comfatable I have ever slept on! Nice amount of wardrobe space and ample places to store your suitcase. Bathroom is large with a shower over bath combination that was lovely and clean and spacious. The select rooms come with complimentry bath robes and slippers plus your own internet. All rooms also have pool towels so you dont have to bring your own. Nice spacious patio area with table/chairs plus a couple of tub chairs. Perfect to rest up in watching the sunset and the lights of PR. Pool area is very nice although the sunbeds are a little tightly packed. Since we visited in'17 the treatment room has been moved from the pool area into the hotel and they have fitted more lounge type beds. Infinity pool is amazing and gives lovely views over the ocean and great to watch the boats come in and out of the marina. Theres also a kids pool, a spa type pool plus just through a gated access between the hotel and pool is an adults only section with some jacuzzis and lounge beds. Good bar and resturant on site, average prices but good quality. Cocktails were amazing and well worth sampling a few!! Late check out is available (at a small cost), you just have to ask the day before you leave. Theres also a shower room which you can book in hourly slots if your on a late flight and there is a secure luggage room. Overall, I cant wait to return here. From the moment you arrive your made to feel like your actually on holiday. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and everyone is so friendly. An absolute gem of a place and cannot recommend it enough.
