Finally I got the service and room size as good as any oriental hotels like in India or south east Asia. View was a killer, right in front of the playa Canteras. Finally I got the service and room size as good as any oriental hotels like in India or south east Asia. View was a killer, right in front of the playa Canteras. Buffet breakfast was a cherry on the cake, also the vicinity has plenty of eateries to select from. Bed, towels, Sofa cum bed, baby cot, shampoo, Soap, hand wash, body lotion everything was well kept and good quality. Rooftop pool was there, it was too small, but I was happy just for it to exist. Highly recommend for couple as well as family.

“OK room - Terrible Breakfast”

Stayed 2 nights as a part of a longer trip. The receptionist was friendly and polite. We even got to check in a few hours earlier. Highly appreciate that. Stayed 2 nights as a part of a longer trip. The receptionist was friendly and polite. We even got to check in a few hours earlier. Highly appreciate that. The location is great, right on the beach and next to a supermarket. Our room was OK but nothing special. Keep in mind that the upper wall between the bed and shower is pure glass, which might not be that fun unless you're a couple. Breakfast is probably best to eat elsewhere. All the warm food was not tasting any good. Bacon UNDERCOOKED and scrambled eggs BURNED and tasted like flour. I hope they get their shi!* together.

The hotel was nice, the position by the sea was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The staff where fantastic and facilities ok. The room was too dark and noisy- we moved and got a quieter room but still very dark and the TV had no English subtitles or programmes, the room was not welcoming after a long day out- we wished we had a room with sea view and a balcony. Breakfast was ok- it was very busy and ran out of produce and had to wait a while, the coffee machines took ages and we often had one of us queuing for coffee while the other waited for more replacements of food- but we had breakfast every morning outside by the sea, it was beautiful. A mixed review- I would go back but would pay extra for the sea view rooms. The area was great and we loved the beach and fresh daily beach towels supplies by the hotel.

I visited Las Palmas for business reasons and we have chosen the hotel as it was promoted as renovated. My room was in the first floor facing the street. The room was very dark as some of the lights were broken. Furthermore, the small windows were just about two meters above the street so I felt unsafe to leave them open and anyone from the street could see you. The room was renovated but the overall feeling was that the room was old. Breakfast room was very nice and the quality of the food was very good. The choice was wide, including natural orange juice, fruit, yogurt, meet, bread, hot choice and sweets. Furthermore, the breakfast room is facing the ocean which makes the environment very nice.
