“Great staff”
Most pleasant staff. Everyone from housekeeping to reception- the spa lady in particular, were so obliging and helpful. Never too busy, or rushed. The staff really elevated the experience. Location is great also. Would definitely recommend

“Sea facing gem in Playa Canteras”
Finally I got the service and room size as good as any oriental hotels like in India or south east Asia. View was a killer, right in front of the playa Canteras. “OK room - Terrible Breakfast”
Stayed 2 nights as a part of a longer trip. The receptionist was friendly and polite. We even got to check in a few hours earlier. Highly appreciate that. “Mixed bag”
The hotel was nice, the position by the sea was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The staff where fantastic and facilities ok.
