“Clean. Close. Good staff”

Very clean hotel with good and kind staff. Helped us a lot and was always nice. The hotel room was spacious and provided with everything you would need. Location wise was good as well close to busses around the city and to the airport. If I go again I would go back to the same hotel.

“Great value hotel in excellent location”

Hotel is classed as three star but it's more like a four star one. The staff are excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was fantastic. The location is brilliant, right next to Bus station, pedestrian area, and Park. Old Town area Vaguetta is just a short walk down pedestrian street, to see the church where Christopher Columbus prayed before setting sail to discover America. I'll be back!

“Central location, small room”

I have stayed here many times, but this time was a bit less fortunate than many others. The young man who checked me in was very slow, only programmed the keycards for a one-night stay instead of the booked two nights (both cards stopped working at the same time the following afternoon) and only had a room available for me at 2 pm, which, of course, might be due to the hotel being full. The room he gave me, 306, was one of the worst – very small and cramped, no view at all, the window opened to a ventilation shaft only. The double bed was too soft to my taste but there were sockets by the bed, two 0.33 L water bottles (not replenished), a safe, a fridge and a mini-size desk of sorts. No luggage rack, which is highly inconvenient. Being recently renovated, the room was in excellent condition, clean and fresh. A/C worked well, wifi was easy to use, free, fast and unlimited. The bathroom was of average size and came with a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure both in the overhead and handheld showers. Unfortunately, the renovation saw the hotel get rid of all bathtubs. Amenities included wall-mounted containers of hand soap, body lotion, shower gel and shampoo as well as dental kits, a comb, tissues and a shower cap. The hotel enjoys a central location at San Telmo park, just across the street from the main bus station where the airport bus departs from. Triana shopping and sightseeing is at your doorstep. The closest supermarket, Spar, is two blocks away. I paid 89 euros a night without breakfast, and found the price a bit high considering the room I got.
