This was my second time staying at this hotel and I will hopefully return! The hotel is in a good location and about 15 minute walk to the beach path and the cruise port. This was my second time staying at this hotel and I will hopefully return! The hotel is in a good location and about 15 minute walk to the beach path and the cruise port. The rooms are very clean with fresh towels provided everyday. The breakfast was a good quality and plenty of choices. It was nice to have the option of takeaway cups at breakfast. The staff at breakfast were very friendly. A taxi to the airport was around 38 euro and we were able to get a bus from the airport to the hotel which took around 35 minutes.

Literally everything is near. + reception is experienced and so helpful in every small thing. + breakfast large and allergies noted. + suite exactly like in pictures (no balcony available). +hotel is quiet and peaceful. +working space at lobby is free to use. - sign: “this elevator for staff use only”. It’s not. It’s broken. Staff uses one and same elevator than guests. So elevator is busy all the time and have to wait long time for it. -room service menu is not coming from hotel breakfast restaurant. It doesn’t reflect the level of hotel. It’s really poor. Luckily there is a lot of restaurants around the hotel. -rooftop and pool is closed at winter time.

“Can't recommend the Hotel highly enough.”
We could not fault anything at the Hotel. All staff very helpful. Breakfast had everything on offer. The staff in the Breakfast area was amazing. Good area with beach 10 minutes walk either side........ ................................

“LIVVO Fataga”
A very nice hotel in the center of Las Palmas, but nothing special or overwhelming. Breakfast has a wide selection of things, very good. Gym is very little but it exists anyway. Rooms are clean and spacious. You can hear sounds from neighbouring rooms, though.
