We stayed here last year sept/Oct and we absolutely loved the hotel and the staff. We got there very late due to our flight being delayed and they offered us food and a drink. Our room was great, really large balcony with stunning sea views. We had sun loungers on the balcony as well as a table and chairs, was just stunning sitting there with the sound of the sea. The food was great, lots of choices and was really nice to sit outside with our food. People have complained about the drinks, we had no problems with them.. the cocktails on the all inclusive are made up in a machine at the pool bar but if you wanted you can buy other cocktails. They had tropical lager which happens to be a favourite of mine! We had no problems getting sun loungers at both pools, one pool is really quiet the other has entertainment. Evening entertainment was good, we really enjoyed the night with the DJ on he was lots of fun and good music. The area by the hotel is Very quite which is what we wanted, a few lovely places to eat and a few shops plus a really good spar. If you want a relaxing holiday this is the place, if you want lots of busy bars close by this is not the place for you. We loved it so much we are going back this November and can't wait.

“Great hotel, weird location”

Lovely hotel and one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in! Room 396 has the best views ever so ask for it if you can. Weird bathroom set up with frosted glass from bedroom to bath/shower so not very private. Toilet has a sliding glass door which is very noisy. Small towels in bathroom Cocktails… more

Lovely hotel and one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in! Room 396 has the best views ever so ask for it if you can. Small towels in bathroom Cocktails were slushies from a machine not properly made. Only one member of staff in the pool bar the whole & days do sometimes there were very long queues which was a shame The food in the restaurant was amazing, lovely fish choices. Deserts were poor. If you are early birds like us the 8am opening wasn’t the best but you could go in earlier for basics The staff were all so friendly, really amazing apart from a stroppy receptionist one night. We have never stayed in such a clean hotel! Even The life guard had OCD and wiped the sunbeds down in the evening! Worst thing about the hotel is where it is. It’s literally in the middle of a tiny village. Couple of small shops and 2 restaurants and that was it. Oh apart from the massive ruin of a hotel next door where the druggies and kids converge! Apparently it was 90% built without planning permission and has just been left to be completely vandalised , such a shame We paid 30 euros for a romantic Balinessen bed one day which was in the sister hotel. Total waste of money as you get a cheap bottle of cava which is already available on all inclusive and a plate of fruit. You’re stuck in a little section with loads of mozzies looking at a dead hedge! Hardly romantic lol There were also other guests literally sitting on top of you that hadn’t paid for the experience?? How does that work? Overall nice hotel in a really random place

Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Immaculately kept and cleaned. Someone was always cleaning something! Pool areas are impeccable too. Life Guard keeps everything so clean and tidy. Food is good and wide choice. Balcony Seaview room we had was perfect, love the balcony size with sun loungers on it. Location isn't the best. You need a car to get out and about. We did 2 days car hire and drove north and south. Found some stunning beaches unlike the one this hotel is on. The local area has a Spar which is very useful as the all inclusive drinks aren't much. Nice week away but we wouldn't stay again due to location not being nice. One person constantly serves at the pool bar and the queue can be 12 people deep. Lobby bar the same, put 2 people on for sure at the bars please.
