Here until 31st December, room is cleaned daily with fresh towels. No kettle but we brought our own. Nice walk on the front to shops and bars, not on the beach but not far from it and it's big and beautiful( be aware parts of it are nudist). Some areas could do with refurbishment like the carpets in the hallways and the bottom of one of the pools. Don't have any kids with us so carnt comment on anything to do with that side of the hotel. Food is good and plentiful, although like lost all inclusive hotels it's luke warm. All the staff from reception, waiters, and cleaning staff are pleasant and helpful. Long coach transfer nearly 2 hours but we know this as been to area before. These reviews about thefts, why don't people get the safe in the room, makes me wonder are they after an insurance claim we never had any problems. Great effort made on Christmas day by the staff and management it was really lovely.

“A pleasant holiday”

Holiday 6th-13th Dec. Solo traveller. The first thing to note is the 2 hour transfer journey. The coach and the scenery was lovely which made it seem like an hour so sit back and relax. The hotel is big split over about 10 levels due to the hill side, however there are many lifts so there never large amounts of steps to climb. The hotel is designed to accept wheelchair holiday makers. My room was spacious with a fridge, tv etc and was clean and tidy with a nice view. The food in the main restaurant was similar each day however different meat and fish was cooked fresh every day. In the evening the Italian area was also open with loads of pizza. There are two other restaurants, Tapas and Asian which require you to book in advance, plus the drinks need to be purchased. I wasn't overly impressed with the Tapas. Outside there are three pools and a lot of sunbeds, I didn't need to be up at 6 to put my towel on one LOL I'm not sure what it would be like in peak season though. There is a daily activity team who work had to get you off your bum. There is also evening entertainment program, I can't comment as I didn't go. Over all the hotel is very nice but like all busy places there is always need to keep on top of of a few tired points. The carpet in the hallways could do with replacing, the silicon in my shower could do with a refresh and the pools need a few tiles replacing. So as you can see not much really when you consider the size of the hotel. I personally would like a couple of water fountains/bottle filler points adding as I drink loads of water. The location is great, beautiful sandy beach, great walks, and lots of shops. I'd would definitely return to this hotel.

“Overall Nice hotel,BUT Let down by... Inadequate ..Temperature to the one Heated Pool !”

ALL Staff, including.. reception,resturaunt,bars,room service etc.. freindly and helpfull 3..Rooms,cleaned daily and reasonabley maintained. 4..food good selection and varied ...(Asian resturaunt excellent ) 5..Drinks,good selection and varied ..(no long queus ,waiting to be served,some bars for beer / coffees /soft drinls self service ). Bad Points .. 1..only one pool (infinity pool ),during the winter months Heated , Although heated ,it was not heated to a resoanable temparature, my granchildren,would not go in it as it was to cold ,we complained to reception ,along with quite a few more complaints ,to request the heating to be increased ,to a reasonable level,this was ignored. we have stayed in variuos resorts in fuetureventura ,over the xmas holidays for the last 12 years including the jandia mar and the jandia playa,which are next to this hotel,and each time the Pools have been heated to a acceptable temperature .(many people commented .. including myself and grandchildren stated the Sea was actually warmer !) so avoid this hotel,during the winter months ,if you wish to use the Pools. 2..there were many areas around the hotel,on corridoors ,walkways ,outside lifts ,paths etc ,on every level ,where Glasses ,bottle ,plates of half eaten food were just left for days on end ,and not cleared of tidied up . although we had a good holiday,we would not return to the hotel,due to the only ONE pool that was Heated during our stay ,was not actually heated to a acceeptable temparature ,(for us to go in .. during our stay) , which was a great dissapointment for us all,also may be a member of staff could be employed ,to walk the hotel corridoors,lobbys,paths etc a couple of hours in the morning and a couple of hours in the afternoon and collect all the glasses,bottles and plates of half eaten food ,that is laying around, so knocked off the two bad points ,from our review ..to give it 3 out of 5 .
