Here until 31st December, room is cleaned daily with fresh towels. No kettle but we brought our own. Nice walk on the front to shops and bars, not on the beach but not far from it and it's big and beautiful( be aware parts of it are nudist). Some areas could do with refurbishment like the carpets in the hallways and the bottom of one of the pools. Don't have any kids with us so carnt comment on anything to do with that side of the hotel. Food is good and plentiful, although like lost all inclusive hotels it's luke warm. All the staff from reception, waiters, and cleaning staff are pleasant and helpful. Long coach transfer nearly 2 hours but we know this as been to area before. These reviews about thefts, why don't people get the safe in the room, makes me wonder are they after an insurance claim we never had any problems. Great effort made on Christmas day by the staff and management it was really lovely.

Holiday 6th-13th Dec. Solo traveller. The first thing to note is the 2 hour transfer journey. The coach and the scenery was lovely which made it seem like an hour so sit back and relax. The hotel is big split over about 10 levels due to the hill side, however there are many lifts so there never large amounts of steps to climb. The hotel is designed to accept wheelchair holiday makers. My room was spacious with a fridge, tv etc and was clean and tidy with a nice view. The food in the main restaurant was similar each day however different meat and fish was cooked fresh every day. In the evening the Italian area was also open with loads of pizza. There are two other restaurants, Tapas and Asian which require you to book in advance, plus the drinks need to be purchased. I wasn't overly impressed with the Tapas. Outside there are three pools and a lot of sunbeds, I didn't need to be up at 6 to put my towel on one LOL I'm not sure what it would be like in peak season though. There is a daily activity team who work had to get you off your bum. There is also evening entertainment program, I can't comment as I didn't go. Over all the hotel is very nice but like all busy places there is always need to keep on top of of a few tired points. The carpet in the hallways could do with replacing, the silicon in my shower could do with a refresh and the pools need a few tiles replacing. So as you can see not much really when you consider the size of the hotel. I personally would like a couple of water fountains/bottle filler points adding as I drink loads of water. The location is great, beautiful sandy beach, great walks, and lots of shops. I'd would definitely return to this hotel.

We were pretty late with booking, so this was one of the only hotels around Morro Jable that still had free rooms when where looking for a place to stay there. Some reviews were really bad so I didn't feel 100% convinced that it was the right decision, but in the end everything was fine. You get what you pay for. The hotel could definitely need some renovation and for such a huge hotel it is clearly understaffed. But the staff really give their best and most of the guest were really friendly and helpful too. Breakfast is okay, but nothing special. If you eat meat and seafood, dinner is actually pretty good for the price you pay. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the quality after reading some reviews here. We had a "family apartment" room with was spacious enough for our needs (couple with 1 child) and was clean when we arrived. The pools are good but could be a little warmer for my taste, especially the small 0.5m pool for children. All in all, our experience with the hotel was good. But in the end it's a huge hotel which is understaffed and not maintained as it should be for such a resort. It looks like the owner wants to invest an absolute minimum in this resort, which is a shame because it's actually a nice resort.

Overall the hotel was good value for money - many a review has mentioned boring food and watery cocktails - it's true the food can be repetitive and the cocktails absolutely are made from inferior strength ingredients, however that cannot really be a complaint at this price range. There is the a-la-carte Tapas and Asian restaurants which must be booked well in advance (or just try your luck on the night), the Asian food being the better of the two. Our family room was comfortable, the bathroom facilities all worked well - everything I would expect. Even the room WIFI worked OK. Note the only English language TV channel was Sky News International - never mind I suppose! I have knocked off a few marks for things I personally was NOT EXPECTING. Details as follows - 1/2 mark off for rather poor evening entertainment, some was OK (eg acrobat night - actually only 40 mins long) but I've had far better than this elsewhere. 1/2 mark off for the room fridge actually being nothing more than a cool box. 1/2 mark off for broken multigym resistance equipment which must be fixed. (The gym is mostly running machines but way better to run along the promenade) (I also heard the steam room was not working although I didn't use it). Non smokers beware! - I hate the smell, lots of smokers present so anywhere outside I sat I could often smell it - including all outside non smoking areas. There is signage but not obvious enough. So 1/2 mark off for not displaying more prominent non smoking area signage and enforcement. For me the balcony experience is very important - I like to enjoy the balcony for an hour before and after sunset - but this was not possible on our west/lighthouse facing balcony (3000 block) due to very annoying and incessant loud multiple dog barking EVERY evening at this time from the dog park located next to West side of hotel - so another 1 mark off. The dog owners all seem to meet up at this time. Incidentally the road between the hotel and beach is the busy FV2 main road, so there will always be some background noise. I would only return to this hotel if it were made more pleasant for non smokers and quiet balconies were made available. 7/10 and good overall value is not quite enough for me for return visit. Great for dog loving smokers I suppose. Mainly retired German clientele but also a handful of loud English chavs around to remind you of home with their school age kids running around who should have been at school in early December. Extra local info : Beaches are superb, I was fascinated by the long closed and now overgrown neighbouring Stella Canaris resort. Have a walk around the perimeter of it and get to meet the cats! There is not much to do in the area for more energetic types. The town and hotel is like a mini Germany but many of them speak English and are friendly (but smoke!)
