Bit late with the review but another fantastic 3 week holiday at this hotel, the best part about this hotel has to be the staff, nothing is any trouble, food is good, bar staff unbelievably good and house keeping do your room every day. Forget any bad reports of this place you will not regret booking a holiday here. We will be returning asap. Do hire a car and see the rest of Fuerteventura, pick it up at the airport and drive to the hotel it's easy to find and plenty of parking (a few blue badge spaces). We are looking to book 4 weeks sometime in September.

When I decided to choose this resort, I reading many negative things, but because I liked the photos (even knowing they had filters on them), I wanted to take a risk and come here. So here is my experience. Indeed, the photos are filtered, but even without them, it wouldn't change anything; the view from all points of the resort is incredible and everything is beautiful for photos or just to admire. The nearby beach is paradisiacal, beautiful, and peaceful with easy access to the resort. The other nearby beaches are also great and calm. I read a lot about the hotel being old or falling apart. I didn't see that; I found everything to be very well-maintained. Coming from a tropical country, I know how challenging it is to maintain structures close to the sea; I think the hotel is in great condition. Of course, sometimes the capacity is not at its maximum, so some areas remain closed as there's no need for everything to be open. I found it very clean and organized. The housekeepers cleaned the room every day, leaving it spotless and well-organized, always replenishing towels and hygiene products. Regarding the food, there is a variety for all types of guests. Of course, the food is not 5-star quality or Michelin-starred, but there is a variety of tasty food that delivers what it promises. The restaurant staff and overall staff are very pleasant, always in good spirits, playing with children; it's clear they work hard, are quick with cleaning and organization. I read many complaints about the service, but I think some people have never worked in customer service, and anything can be a reason to complain. They indeed work hard; it shows, and they do their best to provide excellent service. The only downside for me was that the double bed was always two single beds pushed together. But it didn't affect my experience. There was one incident where people knocked on my door in the middle of the night, but I don't blame the resort for that. It was drunk people who went overboard; I don't believe these minor things affect the overall experience. The resort as a whole was incredible; the activities weren't anything extraordinary, but the staff was always encouraging participation and interaction, even though guests didn't seem very interested. Overall, if you're thinking about choosing this resort, I believe you will have a good experience and an incredible time with them. They deliver what they promise and are well worth the price charged.

The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean, the staff work hard to keep it immaculate. Fausi and Laura at the bar were lovely, as were the entertainment staff. The hotel itself is huge but not very well signposted and not much to do. At night it was boring for me as the entertainment was poor, although the staff did try their best. The pool and sun beds and view were stunning. The beach it’s so beautiful but it was very windy and the sand hurts, there are Little Rock circles on the beach that act like wind breakers. There was a big selection of food, some days it was very nice and some not so. There is a huge selection of dessert and the ice cream is yummy! The restaurant view outside was spectacular. It’s a secluded hotel so you have to get transport to the shops. I think there could be more of offer here as there is plenty of empty space. I’d say if you are coming with children, go somewhere else or they will be bored but it’s lovey for peace!
