On arrival reception where very welcoming and told us every thing we needed to know about the hotel,with us been a late arrival a late night meal had been made for us in the dinning room.The bedroom we had was very pleasesant and tidy with a view of the sea.Maid service was every day,Breakfast and evening dinner was varied but enjoyable (no bad meals at all)..The pool area was quiet and peaceful/relaxing with no music been played and always looked after with a life guard on duty at all times.Smoking was not allowed except for a designated area away from the pool,bar.dinning area and terrace which was a pleasure (even though I smoke myself). The holiday we had was brilliant and it all started with the hotel and staff and it's location.The hotel was so good that we haved booked it again for next 2025.

We visited this hotel in July for our summer holiday as a family of three. We arrived late and went straight to our room to unpack and go to bed, we had a ground floor garden/pool view room, at first we we’re not sure about being on the ground floor but we ended up really enjoying being there, it was so handy to get to the pool or the bar where we could take drinks back and enjoy them on our spacious terrace. The room was large with a huge comfortable bed and our daughter slept on a very comfy sofa bed, there was everything you could need in the room, tv, kettle, fridge, robes and we had a large walk in shower. The pool was a lovely size and great temperature we never had an issue getting a sun lounger at any time of the day, the pool had a very relaxing vibe, what really stands out at this hotel was the staff! Everyone works so hard and really looked after us! They really spoiled our little girl and it really made our holiday special! The good was very good and always a good selection with live cooking stations and for lunch was from the a la carte menu at the terrace restaurant, there was as a very good indoor pool at the spa which children were allowed into from 11-1pm and then it was adults only, the hotel was in a great location just opposite the fantastic beach and surrounded by lots of shops etc, so if you are looking for a chilled out hotel with lovely staff and good food, nice drinks and low key evening entertainment this hotel is for you, we would definitely come back!

Although the hotel is situated on the main beach road amongst shops and cafes it is very peaceful. No music or games in the pool area add to the peaceful atmosphere. Although the hotel is situated on the main beach road amongst shops and cafes it is very peaceful. No music or games in the pool area add to the peaceful atmosphere. The bedrooms, we had one on the top floor, were spacious and comfortable and the large furnished balconies were a bonus. The hotel was kept very clean, the staff were pleasant and happy to help. The food was good, not brilliant, though plenty of choice, but the bacon at breakfast had the consistency of plastic and the baked beans were lukewarm. There were plenty of sunbeds, a few people left towels on the beds all day and there was sometimes a problem with umbrellas as guests would move a couple of extra umbrellas to shade their beds which left many beds in full sun. Some maintenance was needed on broken umbrellas. We did have a problem with the underground car park, there isn't a lift and it means climbing up three flights of steep stairs which for elderly guest with some mobility problems could be difficult. We had been told that we could park on the road side but could never find spot. British guests are in the minority though we never found we were treated any different to the majority German visitors. On the whole lovely hotel, highly recommended, in fact we have already booked a winter week there.

Stayed at this hotel October this year after reading really positive reviews, i’ll be completely truthful and it’s not good for me. The positives would be the Spa that is included, the lovely room and the fact that the location was ok. Much to my disappointment the negatives include that the food wasn’t enjoyable and wasn’t up to the standards I thought I would be receiving, been to Corralejo a couple of times and the food was lovely so was really disappointed here, I never eat chips on holiday but I had to resort to eating them as there wasn’t much choice. Entertainment was dire.. service at the bar was slow and as English was ignored on an evening at the table so had to go to the bar even though other nationalities were served quickly. Even queued at the bar for 10/15 mins and was rudely cut off to serve a woman that thought it was acceptable to just barge to the front!! There is no music round the pool, I don’t want rowdy people but this hotel lacks any atmosphere for me I’m afraid. In a nutshell if you want peace and quiet without much entertainment this may be the hotel for you, but with much disappointment this wasn’t the place for us. Just a BIG heads up this hotel doesn’t allow shorts at the evening meal, it’s acceptable to wear tracksuit bottoms but not smart shorts!! It’s the 21st century, surely that’s more acceptable in 30 degree weather
