What a pleasure to stay at such a lovely hotel,the staff were fantastic nothing too much trouble especially Aliou he was brilliant,but they are all so friendly and seem very happy in their work. Food was great something different every mealtime and the Japanese restaurant is a must! My only issue was we were on the side sea view and it overlooks the hotel behind and was very dark never really had any sun always shade but maybe in the hotter months might be fine for some people but the room was lovely and quiet. If there was music and dancing by pool it was very noisy until 10:30ish you wouldn’t be able to sleep. The swim up pool area was part of the main pool so aerobics and people swimming by,also in the shade after lunch so bear that in mind too .Aside from few little moans it was brilliant and we go again for sure.

Got back from this amazing hotel almost a week ago. Still missing the experience!! Can honestly say this was the most wonderful hotel we’ve ever stayed in. From the hotel itself to the staff to the food , everything was totally amazing. I’ve never before seen such a display of delicious food ! You name it , they had it ! The work behind the scenes is mind boggling!!! Then the dining room staff themselves, so attentive and professional. Bar staff , just as brilliant. Always willing to fulfil your every need. The hotel is spotless which indeed praises the cleaning staff. Let’s not forget the entertainment staff …… hard working too and also so friendly. We have been visiting Fuerteventura for many many years and love this particular location. Perfect for long walks on the beautiful beach and also a bit of retail therapy at the gorgeous shops. I don’t want to repeat everything from previous reviews but can only say that all the positive reviews are spot on and with regard to any negativity…WHY?!?! Just book this fantastic hotel and you will not be disappointed! We cannot wait to return. Thank you to all the hardworking staff for making our holiday one we will never forget. Also thank you to management for my “birthday bubbles”. A lovely touch and made my birthday even more special.

An absolutely amazing experience from the second we arrived. Everything about this hotel is quality and the attention to detail is second to none. The staff are friendly and helpful extremely helpful, Aliou is a legend! The rooms are spotless and spacious with enormous showers. The food is superb with a huge array of seafood, steaks, salads, and the waiting staff are very good. The pool is a bit on the cold side and coukd do with being heated in the cooler months. All the drinks are branded and the staff are more than happy to keep you topped up with cocktails. All in all we are hugely impressed and we will definitely be coming back!

For all inclusive the variety of food is not as good as other Iberostar all inclusive we have stayed at in the Canary Islands. The staff are very friendly, although not as attentive as other iberostar hotels. The location is fantastic in regard to the beach and sea, and the water is clear and a beautiful sandy beach. Check in was a bit hurried and other Iberostar hotels let you sit after your journey, bring you warm towels to freshen up after the journey and a glass of Cava. There could be more water points on the landings, as we had to walk some distance to ours (one on each floor). Room maids are fantastic keeping things spotless and dress sheets and towels all the time. Could do with more seat cushions around bar seating area as chairs are hard. The quality of decor is good and the hotel looks clean and tidy and fresh, and not tired.
