3rd trip this year just great! All I can say is I must be on a different holiday from the reviews saying food poor! It’s excellent there is so much choice. We prefer breakfast overlooking the sea at La Chosa and we have eaten there previously for lunch but out of season it’s more a snack lunch there. The main restaurant continues to serve a full select lunchtime. The staff without exception were all lovely. The evening live music was really good too. We love the long expanse of beach and the views. We will return again for some much needed sunshine. We also love going into the local town and recommend the Fuerteventura all day trip with lunch. Really interesting to gain an insight into the history of the Island.

“Great Winter Break”

The hotel room was a good size with a large modern ensuite suite. The restaurant was split into parents with children and those of us without a great ideal. The hotel room was a good size with a large modern ensuite suite. The restaurant was split into parents with children and those of us without a great ideal. Plenty of food choice but beef tended to bee a built tuff. We were in adults only area and had no problem in finding sun beds Around two large pools there were plenty of sun beds available for families. .All inclusive was well worth while with ample wine, cocktails, beer and non alcoholic drinks. Weather was great temperature up to 29c and only two cloudy days in eleven and rain as we departed.

“A lovely, chilled holiday”

We enjoyed our holiday at this hotel - it's our second time staying here. Positives: Staff - all the staff were very friendly and helpful and all seemed to enjoy their job. Room - our room was quite basic but very clean and our housekeeper was lovely. We had a fantastic view overlooking the sea and pool - which was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable. Pools - they were all fantastic. I think there are 5 or 6 pools and all have plenty of seats and over look the sea. Very well maintained and clean. Spa - we used the Sauna every day (which is free) and it was a nice thing to do once a day. I didn't like the steamroom because it didn't smell good and they really should add some eucalyptus to the steam to give customers a better experience. Bars - really nice staff and a lot of drinks on offer for all inclusive Entertainment- we were pleasantly surprised that the entertainment most nights was good - lots of people singing to the music and dancing. Wine/chocolates in our room - we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel knew we were return guests and it was a nice surprise to receive a bottle of wine and chocolates in our room. A very nice touch and thank you. Location - the hotel is in a lovely location - right by the sea and easy access to the beach. Please note you have to climb down a lot of stairs to get to the beach so not great if you have issues with mobility. The beach and sea were beautiful. There's not anything around the hotel to do - no bars or stores. Only one grocery store which is actually really good. So I would not recommend this hotel if you want lots to do - this is a relaxing, chilled holiday location. Negatives: Food: unfortunately, the food was really not up to standard. Not a lot on offer and what was offered was not very appetising. The desserts were even worse - i wish I could explain how disappointed I was. They had quite a few desserts on offer but they were boring. The small cakes were dry, the cream cakes were a bit blah and there was just nothing that made me think, "wow". Such a shame. How can a hotel mess up desserts? Upkeep of hotel: the hotel is in desperate need of a renovation and upgrade. It's been looking tired since we were there last time in 2019. Sadly, nothing has changed. It's still very old fashioned in the lobby and in the rooms. Just as an example, the lobby has the oldest lights I've ever seen in the ceiling - looks like they are from the 70's. And the leather seats were all cracked. The tables near the chairs were a cheap kind of wood and some falling apart. Everything just looks old and worn. I feel certain that the hotel could afford to update itself a bit - and I hope they do. Saying that, it was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our holiday and thanks for a great time!

“Don't bother with Christmas meal”

Still here Christmas gala night very poor should just keep it as a carvary but happy with all other things good staff good food rooms dated adult area good until it comes to dinner then kids seem to go where ever give waiter a tip then I won't have to wait for any drinks
