Read reviews of problems with accessing these apartments so I rang before I left England to gain keycode and this worked well - although it take a few phone calls to get through. They have got a web site so I would suggest contacting them by that method. The reception is only open 10:00 - 12:00 Mon-Sat. Not mentioned but it does have a good library for borrowing books. The complex does seem German biased (as does the resort) but found no problems, although maybe why the receptionist was not the most receptive of people . Apartments themselves were clean and cleaned every other day, the inside is on 3 levels lounge and terrace in the middle with kitchen and bathroom down and bedroom upstairs and all open plan. The terrace was nice with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers - a nice bonus. Unusually for us the weather was excellent for February and the sun shone on the terrace 10:00-15:00. The location is good close to the beach and restaurants in both Jandia and Morro Jable. Others have mentioned steep steps to the beach but there is a gated exit by the pool which is relatively flat which takes you down to beach level (actually to the back of the petrol station).

Arrived at hotel around 20.00, rang number on box a few times to get our keycard out of safe but no answer and after long journey didnt really need this we just wanted to check in, so ended up ringing emergency contact and to be fair got answer straight away and retrieved card key. Arrived at hotel around 20.00, rang number on box a few times to get our keycard out of safe but no answer and after long journey didnt really need this we just wanted to check in, so ended up ringing emergency contact and to be fair got answer straight away and retrieved card key. Apartment was clean and tidy with kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 ring electric hob which was great for self catering as in previous hotel there was no kettle or microwave. Tv has no English channels but does have German which is one of the reasons we won't stay here again, I know your on holiday but we wasn't out 24 hrs and did spend time in apartment. Apartment is open plan across 3 levels and i became unwell the last 2 days of the holiday so was getting up quite early, missed not having a bedroom door to shut so I was creeping around so as not to disturb my husband. We were unable to connect to WiFi as it wasn't working. Complex was very dark at night on stairs and around pool because the lights were broken/bulbs needed replacing and I mentioned this in the questionnaire your given when you leave. There is a fab spar about 10 min walk in old town and a brilliant Chinese shop that sold everything you could ever need even the kitchen sink!!! The apartment was in a really good location, it was clean, tidy and the only reasons we won't stay again is because English people aren't really catered for and the open plan apartment, I knew it was open plan before we went but I didn't think it would be an issue.
