Lovely hotel, good room, nice facilities. Food choices are good, worth upgrading to the our favorite club for little extras. Entertainment is poor unless you are French, not really geared at English speakers. Location - nothing in the area, lovely beach about 15 minutes away but it's a walk down a steep hill and back up! We got a taxi to Morro Jable which has a lot more going on. Overall if you want somewhere relaxing it should be on your list.

Hotel lovely clean, staff friendly, entertainment staff need a pay rise, I was knackered just watching their 80s/movie night shows. Well done, team. Wifi is free all over the hotel. Jonny, at evening reception, is very helpful and knowledgeable. We have had a lovely time but lots of negative things too. Food cold, needed to check plates bowl cutlery has there were dirty. Staff not that helpful in the dining room. Would just shrug and walk away. When pointing out bread, moldy food ran out. They turn fizzy drink off in the morning. Then turn hots drinks off at lunchtime in dining room. They do different theme night every night. Couldn't notice them. Only best night was Mexican cos they had nachos. Bedroom is ok bed was two singles put together, but we're comfy. Not enough storage for clothes, so I lived out of suitcase. The bath/shower is a death trap. Very slippy fell twice . Bath is very narrow. Tv ok u get uk channels from 69 up. The hotel is build on a cliff side so steep walk ways from room to main hotel but there is a lift for the last floor. There 6 floors. Lift on the 6th. Nice steep walk down to the beach which is sandy. They have a couple of shops that sell most things. There two pools both need new bottoms has falling apart. Around pool area plenty of sunbed but no tables, the wooden parasol are useless. Bits of old concrete left around. Pools are cold. The bar do a hour-to hour half entertainment just for the French guests between 7-8.30pm every night. It's all in French. We notice they were given different bottles of wine and bowls of nuts/crisps in this time. Which disappeared after 8.30pm. They have a al carte restaurant u can use once. We booked it but they dont tell u what the menu is till u go in. We didn't like the menu and came back out. The hotel don't have a bar or sunbeds on the beach. There are two bars on there. What they don't tell u is on either side of the beach u will find a nudist parts. With some walking the length of the beach naked. Came across lots of squirrels walking back up to hotel which seems steeper on way back. There is nothing but a cashpoint machine outside the hotel. Hotel don't do money exchange. 10 euro to the main town in taxi. This hotel no good if u have mobility issues. We wouldn't stay again due to mobility issues.
