“Very budget”

The hotel is very dated and needs a revamp. Our holiday was saved by the food and animation team (Nolen). We booked as a family of 4 (children 16 & 6) and was given a small L shaped sofa for them to both sleep on. We asked for another bed and they provided one. My husband asked for an additional pillow and was told they don’t have any spare. The balcony had ants and the air con did not work properly. The pool is salt water so the kids had to always goggles as eyes irritated after a day in pool. Areas of the hotel had a drain smell. No spa or kids playground as listed on love holidays. The beach has direct access but it is not a sand beach. You have to walk through a very rock patch to reach a child friendly beach. We did have a nice holiday as the children enjoyed the activities provided by Nolen (water polo, dancing etc). He was great and far too good for this hotel! Maria in the pool bar is lovely also! The local Oasis park is definitely worth a visit!

I wish I'd spent that little bit more for a more enjoyable stay. It's a shame as it could be a really good hotel. A good location and good size etc. I have been on many holidays and this is by far the worst I have stayed at. I know it's what you pay for so I wasn't expecting luxury at all, and knew the hotel would be a little run down which I am fine with. I was however expecting general cleanliness and friendly staff. The pool and floor had not been cleaned the whole time I was there, leaving the floor filthy. You waited ages at the bar to get served both during the day and at night, resulting in buying own buying own bottle or alcohol so we didn't have waste our evening queuing. The staff don't smile or acknowledge you. The glasses in the restaurant are not cleaned properly. There are nowhere near enough sunbeds which results in proper sunbed wars! You can tell they just don't want to spend any money on staff or maintenance, so it's short staffed for service and cleaning.

Pros Great Beaches Audio> change the language to English then you will get Disney and a few other channels in English No kettle Bar staff are poorly trained and curse you under there breath after serving you sometimes (Christian) Was a name I picked up/seen badge slow and badly trained and had to requested to give a decent standard of service And did not like it and heard him cursing either me or to himself at least twice after being requested for more ice cubes and lemon. Poor English and poorly trained and under staffed is not a good combination. Very basic worst bar service I have seen for years no clue And cheeky with it. I worked in the best AA rated Hotel's in my past for 15 year plus in all departments (4 and 5 star) proper hotels not made up 4 stars not with There own rating system made in Spain Abysmal Bar staff. But very good female waitress's and 1 good male think his name was Sebastian Manager of the future I think tried his best but was often nervous. Otherwise female wiped the floor with the male staff most was looked half awake even in restaurant. Relaying tables That did not need to be the priority instead of clearing away dirty tables where customers were sitting in front of dirty plates. The restaurant need some fly zappers on the walls they can be secretly placed or on walls around the restaurant As flies around the tables were an issue but the restaurant we thought was the best of the hotel. There is no SPA! they even have it on a wall saying SPA but no it don't work or exist Just a Gym Pool tables both usually out of order either that or foreigners play on them for hours refusing to pot the black there should be a sign no game to last more than 20 or 30 minutes. So others can play or something similar. WIFI is hit and miss good sometimes but you can be kicked off randomly unless you’re near reception 70% Germans
