Over all a very pleasant stay. Food excellent and great choice, some of the hotel needed a bit TLC( dirty bits/ peeling paint/ toilet seat chipped) the towels needed replaced as had seen better days but on saying that the level of cleanliness in the room was very good and thorough and available every day. Staff polite and friendly. Gala dinner for New Year’s Eve was very good and the staff made it very special. We had a swim up room which I would definitely recommend as no sun beds available in the sunny part of the main pool in the afternoon. Dining hall was a bit dark and not much character but food was very good with lots of choice. Would return especially for new year.

Lovely area to spend new year in and weather perfect The New Year’s Eve buffet and party was amazing and all staff worked so hard looked so nice in the restaurant Our room was lovely and so well looked after floor 3 to the right of reception Check in the gentleman looked like everything was too much of an effort and looked totally bored the other ladies there were fabulous and so helpful Food was buffet and all tried their best but like most was lukewarm and a bit tasteless unless you chose from the grill which we did and had the most delicious prawns and meat and the wonderful Canaries potatoes with red sauce . Desserts and cheese were also lovely Was upset to find the a la carte restaurant closed and were not made aware of this once booked as 7 nights buffet too much Lovely walk to an amazing beach where we stopped for a drink All in all a lovely break but just missed that wow factor we have experienced at other hotels for new year Don’t dismiss though as a great relaxing break with food drink sunbeds during the day and entertainment in the evening and around the pool during the day

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, great service! But in some points Labranda could do better, compared to other hotels the price was higher, and then the expectations are higher. I get the point that all-inclusive formulas have to be cheap on details. But no good coffee or cappuccino bar, with real barista quality is a turn-off for me. What could also be better was the freshness of some salads and the menu variation could also be better. I have to admit, the New Year's Eve dinner was in one word: fabulously good!! For a moment I had the idea that the chefs had to save for a week to put that dinner together. What also stood out in a negative way: the constant shortage of clean cups and bowls during all meals, the plates were a bit better. That's why the score on food and beverage is a 7. The location of the hotel was perfect, a nice quiet corner.
